Newly renovated 3 bed/2bath pet friendly home.

Summary:

This beautiful pet friendly property was newly renovated in July 2021. This home is located right next to the famed Mirbeau Inn and Spa and within just a short walk to the village! The inspiration for the interior design is the famed Skaneateles Polo Club! The decor is a Ralph Lauren inspired, transitional equestrian style.



The Space:

It has three bedrooms and 2 1/2 bathrooms. The main level has a beautiful kitchen with island, quartz countertops and white cabinetry. The living room is large and has a gas fireplace and sleeper sofa with plenty of additional seating. There is also gorgeous polo inspired 1/2 bath, off the front entry. The second level will has three bedrooms all with queen beds. The master bedroom has an en-suite bathroom and two guest bedrooms and another full bath off of the hallway. The master bathroom has a shower and the hallway bathroom will have a tub/shower. The backyard has a beautiful deck and is fenced in for your furry babies!! The best part about this home aside from its beauty, is it’s location. It is right next to Mirbeau Inn and Spa and Rosalie’s Cucina and just one block away from The Kreb’s Restaurant. It is also a very short walk to all of the shops and restaurants that downtown Skaneateles has to offer!! This home was wonderful - it was beautifully described and was everything we expected. The decor and appointments in every room were terrific. The owner was wonderful with full and complete communication and could not be nicer. I use VRBO often and this was by far one of the best spots we have stayed.

The whole process was very smooth and communication with Debbie and Tyler throughout the stay was great! The house was very nicely updated and clean with plenty of space for our family. The location was perfect within walking distance to the village and very close to Mirbeau!

Beautiful home within easy walking distance to the village. We found it super clean & well-appointed. Would stay there again in a New York minute. Had a great meal at the Sherwood Inn within walking distance & a nice lunch at the Blue Water Grill as well. The fenced backyard was great for our dog. You won't find a better spot for your visit to Skaneateles!

We booked last minute to head up to Syracuse Univ to surprise our son over President's weekend so was not sure what to expect. The home exceeded expectations. It is tastefully decorated, very clean and well maintained. It was a pleasant surprise and would definitely stay there again in the future.

Great autumn weekend

Lovely location to the town

My family and I had a short trip to Upstate NY, and this house checked every box for us. We brought our dog, so big plus on fenced in yard. Plenty of bathroom space, and the best part is the location to town. We walked to Skaneateles bakery on more than 1 occasion and thoroughly enjoyed our long weekend spring trip. Even my daughter enjoyed the board games offered at the house (when we weren’t snacking on baked goods).

Great Getaway in the Finger Lakes!

This was a perfect rental in Skaneateles. It’s right next door to the Mirabeau Inn & Spa which makes it easy to grab a drink, dinner or even a spa day. In addition, it’s a quick walk (~10 mins) to the center of town. The inside of the house was beautifully decorated and cozy. The property manager quickly responds and is very kind. I would highly recommend this VRBO for your finger lakes getaway!

Fabulous location

We had a wonderful stay at this adorable, well appointed home. It had all the amenities you need and could want. Very cozy, comfortable and location was perfect to go into the village into the lake. I came with my husband, my brother and sister-in-law and our little dog. The backyard was great. It was fenced in and we could sit out and relax without worrying about the dog getting away. We were very comfortable there and would love to come back again.

House is so nicely decorated, super comfortable, and incredibly well equipped. The walk to downtown is very easy and pretty. Lake Skaneateles is just beautiful. This is our second time in this home. We have two Bernese Mountain dogs and they love it too!

Excellent Place in Skaneateles

The house is absolutely lovely. It’s large & extremely clean. The beds are comfortable. I appreciated the large closets for storing luggage & clothing. Check-in was easy. It’s a 5 minute drive to the lake and the city center. Lots of good shopping & restaurants. Highly recommend you take a boat tour. This would be a perfect place for you to stay while visiting the Finger Lakes.

Perfect Home To Meet Up With Friends

This was the perfect place to meet up with friends from out of state that we hadn't seen since before Covid. This home is immaculate and had everything we could possibly need. We all loved our short walks into the village. Ate fish dinners at Doug's Fish Fry and took a boat tour around the lake. We cannot wait to come back someday! Highly recommended!!!!!

All the other reviews were totally accurate. This place was just what our family of four needed. So clean and perfectly renovated. Property managers were very responsive if you need anything. A 10-15 minute walk to downtown. Enjoyed cooking and hanging out in the home but also exploring the area.

A Beautifully Appointed Gem in a Storybook Lake Town

We loved the house. It was actually prettier and even more well-decorated and user-friendly than the photos suggest. It is walkable to town, which allows for morning walks into town for coffee, and sunset walks for dinner. The patio was inviting for evening talks, with the soft, lilting music of the nearby Mirbeau Spa wafting down the hill and leaning an extra note of serenity to the occasions. It is a great place to visit, and - based on other rentals - well worth the price.
