Skaneateles Carriage House - Walking Distance to Village of Skaneateles

The Carriage House is close to the village of Skaneateles and its beautiful lake. While several restaurants and Mirbeau Spa are right across the street, we're roughly a 5-10 minute walk to all other restaurants, shops, grocery store; as well as a short drive to wineries, distilleries, hiking, etc. Great for couples, groups, and families. Washer and drier in the unit. Outdoor grill and an acre of private land available.

Comfortable linens and towels provided, kitchen stocked with lots of basic ingredients. The cottage-feel will settle you right into vacation mode!

It is a very private, second-floor, 1,000 sq ft apartment. Master bedroom queen bed sleeps 2. Guest bedroom with two twin beds sleeps 2. Sleeper sofa in living room sleeps 2.

***We also have a beautiful first floor studio add-on unit for two more guests, if upstairs guests need more space - please inquire with Kate for pricing and photos!***

One dog or cat is welcome upon approval. However, we request a $30/night pet fee to be paid upon arrival or prior. Please inquire with Kate.

We enjoyed our stay, it was perfect for our weekend. The place was clean, had everything we needed, and was warm and inviting. Beds were comfortable, it was nice to have a parking spot just for us, there was plenty of hot water in the shower - just perfect!

Quick Spring Break Getaway

We wanted to get away for a couple of days for Spring Break somewhere close and new to us. The Carriage House was the perfect home base as we explored Skaneatles.
