Who's ready for a vacation? Thirty-Eh is a cozy little 3-bedroom beach cottage tucked away on a quiet street in Blue Mountain Beach. The showcase of this home is the backyard oasis. Relax on the brick paved patio and soak up the Florida sunshine. A great spot to spend some quality time with your family. You can also sit back and laze the day away on the front porch or spend some time enjoying a cup of coffee off the master bedroom's private balcony.

The open concept main area ensures that everyone gets to spend time together. Meal prep, dine, and relax all in the same beautiful modern space. There's plenty of room on the large sectional to enjoy a movie or game night. Dine at the table with seating for 4 and additional seating at the counter for 4. Or course there is plenty of seating on the patio right off the kitchen. Enjoy the gas grill to cook up a BBQ feast.

Every detail has been thought out at Thirty-Eh! This home is a joint family adventure that includes Canadian brothers and their southern wives, parents, and kids, hence the name, "Thirty-Eh". They all have a love of traveling and are so excited to welcome you to the Emerald Coast.

Sleeping Arrangements:
Bedroom 1, 1st Floor: Queen bed with TV and access to shared guest bathroom with shower
Bedroom 2, 1st Floor: 2 sets of twin-over-twin bunk beds, TV and private bathroom with tub/shower combination
Bedroom 3, 2nd Floor: King bed with TV, desk area and private bath with dual sinks and tub/shower combination. Private balcony access.

Beach Access:
It's just a 4-minute bike ride or 10-minute walk (0.8 miles) to the Blue Mountain Public Beach Access on Blue Mountain Road.

The Blue Mountain Beach neighborhood has something for everyone. The local creamery has made its mark on this delightful neighborhood - when you come to Blue Mountain, you have to stop for their homemade ice cream. Just a short drive west and you’re close to all the shopping, restaurants, and entertainment of Sandestin, Miramar Beach and Destin. Go east and you can visit all the popular South Walton beach communities of Grayton Beach, Seagrove, Seaside and more. Enjoy touring the neighborhoods via the 19-mile bike/walking trail that parallels 30A - you can hop on just right up the street.

The Cutest House!

This property is in a great location. It is conveniently located near beach access, restaurants and the grocery store. The back patio is SO cute and such a great place to hang out in the evenings. I would stay here agin!

Great House and Location

The house was so nice and accommodated me and my sister just perfect. We recently purchased a home in Freeport and stayed here between our move from Atlanta to FL. We loved the location as it's a 10 minute walk to the beach, which is a great stroll while enjoying the scenery on the way. The Blue Mabel restaurant is a great place to eat and very close. I would definitely recommend this house for your vacation stay.

Great place!

Awesome house. Had an issue with the oven on the first day, called the property management group and someone was out and fixed it within 30 minutes. A short walk/bike to the beach. Overall, it was a great experience, and I would recommend to others!

Great experience. Safe and great location. Clean and very useful home.

We had a great experience here at Thirty-Eh. My wife enjoyed the location, we felt very safe, and yet it was easy to get to the places or major roadways that we needed to get to. We were lucky to be able to drive down to Blue Mountain Beach's small parking lot and grab a spot as well as the Gulfview Heights access. I liked the big parking area and easy access to the backyard with included furniture. It was perfect for the cool sunny day we had. Beds were comfortable and all was exactly as pictured plus more.

Great family vacation

We had such a nice stay in this house. Plenty of room for our family of 5. Space was nice and airy with high ceilings and large rooms. Very Tastefully decorated and well equipped for anything you’d ever need. The large back patio is a big treat with comfy furniture, large grill and festive string lights. Oh and the cutest little deck off the upstairs master. The walk to the beach is about 14 minutes so we opted to pack the car and drive. No problem parking but Beach access has some pretty steep stairs. A little cumbersome with large coolers etc. Would like to see a more zig zag ramp style boardwalk access. Overall it was an amazing stay and we would definitely stay here again.

Plenty of parking area for our cars and the golf cart we rented -which was a great decision as parking at beach accesses are limited. Two beach accesses about a mile away in either direction. Blue mountain creamery was AMAZING!

Great house close to the beach

This was a great little house that was within easy walking distance to the beach, blue mountain creamery ice cream, convenient store, and a few restaurants. There were beach chairs for us to use, bikes, a gas grill, and a nice fenced in back patio area for cooking and relaxing in with nice patio furniture. There is an outside shower and water hose that is great for washing Sand off kids, shoes, and stuff When you come back from the beach. Inside the house is super clean and the kitchen comes equipped with all of the basic things you will need including a coffee pot/keurig combo machine. So either single serve K-cups or whole pot of coffee can be made. The rooms were spacious. We really liked having a bathroom for each bedroom and the kids really liked the room with bunk beds. There is only a few things I would like to see improved on. There is very little storage for clothes. Especially in the bunk bed room. There are closets, but very few hangers and only 1 small cloth drawer organizer that is really only big enough for 1 person. The same goes for the downstairs bedroom. There needs to be an actual dresser or a better storage system in there. The only other thing that I would like to see improved on is an extra blanket for each bed. There was an extra blanket for each large bed but nothing for the bunk beds. Anyone with kids will tell you that their kids usually get cold at night. It would be nice to have another blanket available for those beds also. Overall, we loved the place. Well taken care of. Great location. We will definitely be back.

Excellent Private patio with full sun

Nice place with six beach chairs, full sun private patio (great hang out), four adult bikes, two kids bikes (with locks) and .8 miles (15 minute walk) to the beach. This place had everything we needed. Other: VBRO did not respond to questions and Benchmark could not answer if there were beach chairs or Keurig (it did). Front door difficult to open.
