Magnificent Takapuna Loft with lake and mountain views

Nestled on the south-western side of Lake Annecy, this property is situated at an altitude of 850 metres and benefits from a breathtaking view. The quality of the air at this altitude will contribute to your well-being and allow you to enjoy pleasant evenings in the summer.

The Takapuna Loft can accommodate up to 6 people in its 140 m2 located on the first floor of this architect-designed villa, which is composed of this Loft and the Takapuna Suite on the ground floor.

You will find a large, fully equipped kitchen (oven, induction hob, microwave, American fridge, etc.), a laundry room (washing machine, tumble dryer), a large dining/living room, three bedrooms (high quality beds manufactured in Brittany, 160*200), a bathroom with an Italian shower (view on the lake and mountains), a storeroom, a wine cellar, and a separate toilet.

The living areas of the Takapuna Loft have large windows overlooking the lake and mountains. You can enjoy the view with the large terrace and the small garden will allow you to share meals with your friends and family. You can even relax on the lounge chairs in the sun.

High quality interior design. Underfloor heating (heat pump).

Bathed in light all day long, all the rooms have been designed to respect nature, partly using noble and natural materials (slate, wood, stones and rocks, mineral and vegetable colours, marble...). The modern architecture of this project thus sums up the perfect combination of the lake and mountains.

Dear Emma, the glass has been broken and will be replaced in one week. By the way, it seems that you have been very unfriendly with our concierge and other travelers in the appartement next door. I do not understand why you did so. On top you did not respect our internal rules that you were aware off : You left our apartment yesterday and I would like to know what happened. Indeed, our concierge Emilie informed us that you had not respected our internal regulations (trash not taken out, dishwasher not put away, stains on the floor, aggressive attitude towards her when she came to see you, ... ). Furthermore, all the kitchen furniture had been moved while we ask our travelers not to do this in our welcome guides (broken hob, increased cleaning time, etc.). Finally, the tenants next to you in the Takapuna suite also called us saying that you had verbally assaulted them and slammed the doors in front of them. I admit I don't really understand why all this happened.

Ein wunderschönes Appartment zum verlieben!

Ein toller Aufenthalt. Die Wohnung hat alles was man braucht. Sehr modern und super sauber. Es gab ausreichend Parkmöglichkeiten. Die Nachbarn sind auch sehr freundlich. Die Dachterrasse und der Ausblick zum See und die Alpen ist atemberaubend. Der Vermieter antwortet sehr schnell und ist äußerst kooperativ!!! Fazit wir kommen auf alle Fälle wieder. Danke

Nous étions quatre adultes et sommes restés une semaine durant le mois de juillet. Nous avons beaucoup apprécié notre séjour dans cette belle maison contemporaine avec grand confort. Les immenses baies vitrées, permettant une vue panoramique sur le lac et ses alentours, sont véritablement un atout pour les vacanciers en recherche de nature et de relaxation quel que soit la météo ! Peut être amélioré : -Un miroir dans chaqu'une des chambres, de sorte à ne pas bloquer l'accès à la salle de bain où se trouve l'unique miroir, surtout lorsque potentiellement 6 personnes pourrait êtres dans la location. -Des duvets en concordance avec les saisons, Le duvet d'hiver étant trop chaud et encombrant pour juillet.
