This property was as listed. It was a perfect place for our family. It was clean and a lot larger than expected. Sits on the Plumas Pines golf course and has a beautiful view off the deck. Mark was very easy to communicate with.

The internet and TV download speeds were extremely slow the first couple of days but seemed to improve. The grill was absolutely filthy and we needed to soak the grill grates. The flame protectors were completely rusted and falling apart. They definitely need replacement. Also, the kitchen had a serious ant problem and we ended up having to spray the entire kitchen. Overall, we weren’t impressed with this place and will not rent it again

This lovely, roomy condo was just perfect for my family. They loved being on the 8th fairway of Plumas Pines! BBQ'd each night and spent a lot of time on the patio. Played lots of golf and visited Greenhorn Dude Ranch for a trail ride.

Very clean and well appointed. All kitchen needs were taken care of. Response from Mark was spot on. Golf foursome had a great time with easy access to restaurants etc.

Great Location!

This was a great condo. We especially loved being on the 8th fairway...your view is exceptional. The condo was clean and well stocked. Definitely recommend this unit!

40th Birthday Golf celebration

Property was perfect for 8 of us to get together from different parts of the country to celebrate a couple of 40th birthdays! Super clean and has everything you need for a comfortable stay after playing 108 holes in 3 days. Highly recommended for a golf get away with the boys.

Another Great Stay in Graeagle

We had a great stay. The condo was perfect for 4 high school friends to celebrate our 30th annual get together. A lot of golf and sports watching. A nice large tv in the living room and a kitchen that had everything we needed. The host (Mark) was great, very responsive to our questions. We will be coming back in the future!

Restful and Comfortable Retreat

We thoroughly enjoyed every moment of our stay! This retreat home is tastefully and thoughtfully decorated and equipped. The location is ideal. We especially enjoyed being out on the deck with the beautiful views. The extra storage space in drawers and cabinets (eating area and bedrooms/bathrooms) was appreciated. Mark was quickly responsive and easy to communicate with. We are already planning to return!

Teleli Ladies Golf Club from Sonora, California

Eight ladies from our golf club traveled to Graeagel for the Spring Partners two day tournament. Great accommodations for the eight of us, good food, endless chatter and wild card games highlighted our trip. And, two in our group took overall championship in the tournament. We would certainly book the condo again. Thanks

Fun Mountain Stay

Property was clean and well stocked. Easy living in unit and spacious family room. We were there for a wedding so spent more time offsite. Cons: As other mentioned, sliding door in family room was difficult to close, no AC which was fine as we had cool days and they had fans in different rooms and we opened door in upstairs Master bedroom to cool room anice maker was not working just ice trays. Nice outlook on golf course and they have protective screens on deck so no worry about errant golf balls.

We enjoyed our stay but had a few issues. 1. We could never get hot water to the upstairs master suite shower. As a result our showers were taken downstairs which was very inconvenient for 7 days.2. When we initially checked in there was a hair band and litter behind the master headboard, ski goggles, gloves and pants in the dresser. 3. The downstairs master suite shower had 2 spiders living in oppiste corners. 4. When we pulled the cutting board out to slice fruit there was dried cheese that shouldn't have been there.

Great place to stay

There were 4 of us that stayed at the house and we had a great time. Great location for morning coffee and local walk. Wish we had time to play golf. We would have played ping pong in the garage where the table was set up. But the garage are is not very clean and organized. The table looks like it hasn't been played in a long time. Other than that, we would enjoy staying there again if we head back to the area.

Home Away from Home

We can't say enough about this beautifully appointed home situated right on the golf course. It truly felt like a home away from home. We both enjoyed some of the best sleep we have had in months in the super comfy bed in the downstairs master. While we didn't cook while we were there since our children own a unit very close by, the kitchen is well-equipped with everything you could possibly need. Great communication with the property owner as well. 5 stars all the way! We will definitely be re-booking in the future.

The ONLY complaint is the backdoor and the sliding screen door. The glass door is very hard to open and one time we closed the screen door and REALLY struggled to get it back open. Luckily it was pretty cool out and we kept the door shut.
