Relax and cozy-in with friends at this spacious Graeagle cabin

In the Winter, turn on the gas fireplace and cozy into the large couch with your morning coffee and stare up at the towering trees through the expansive windows, or take a short walk to town and browse the quaint shops, stay-in with friends and play a board game or build a snow person in the large backyard. Head-out and enjoy the fresh mountain air and snow shoe or ride snowmobiles. Trails abound. In the Spring/Summer, walk to town, grab an ice cream, or walk down to Graeagle Meadows for a yummy breakfast and a round of golf. Better yet, find the hidden stream down the road, dip your toes in the cool water and go for a hike or mountain bike in the Lost Sierras! Bring your jet skis, kayaks or boat and enjoy water sports galore at Gold Lake. There is endless adventure for adults and kids alike. However you decide to spend your time in Graeagle, our family welcomes you to the serenity of the mountains and to our cozy cabin.

Returning Family

This was our second stay and it was just as lovely as our first. The toy storage room is always a hit with the kids and the house is always stocked with everything we could need. We plan on returning again next year.

Stay and play golf

We played golf for 3 days . House was very clean with all the items that make it feel like home . Beds were very comfortable and lots of room. Would rent this again when we come back .

Once again used this VRBO for a family reunion with son & daughter and their families. It was a great stay. Easy check-in. New Traeger smoker/grill. With table and kitchen bar, the whole family can eat together. A couple of minor issues were quickly addressed by friendly owner. No doubt we'll be back!

Fabulous Stay in the Lost Sierra

This home is very well stocked for an adventure in the Lost Sierra! The kitchen is very well stocked and had everything we needed for cooking in, all the rooms and beds were comfortable, and the backyard was great for hanging out. Graeagle is centrally located to access the Lakes Basin, Downieville, Portola, and even going down to Truckee is easy. We were primarily mountain biking and you can ride from the house to ride Mills Peak, and countless other rides are a short drive away. We would definitely stay here again!

Location and lay out of the home was excellent. The only negatives were the streaming service was poor in that the movies we tried to watch constantly paused for buffering which made it difficult to view the movie. Also though minor, there were no napkins or tissues available.

Great house, close to town.

We came for a wedding and really just needed a place to stay, but the house and neighborhood were so nice that it made me wish we were staying longer. Did have a chance to go thru some Graeagle shops and that was very quaint. Warning to visitors to make sure you bring your own coffee, and not K-cups. Clean staff needs to do a better job with pest control. Plenty of spider, web, and ant activity.

For the second year we have used this house for our annual golf trip. As always it was perfect. Close to my house(half the guys stayed there) and close to all the golf courses.

Great place

We had a great couple of days stay. Only issue was with TV. Probably due to my lack of Apple TV knowledge but we were unable to get the tv working correctly (minor issue), otherwise the house was great.
