Condo is very spacious, newly remodeled, and provides relaxation at its finest! Sit on the patio and enjoy the water, watch the kids play on the beach, lay out, or just listen to the waves!

We love being right on the water and have stayed at KONTIKI for years. This condo is completely remodeled and gorgeous. We will definitely return.

A Great Getaway

This place was fabulous! We wanted to celebrate our youngest graduating high school with a family fishing trip. This place was perfect. We were able to fish right off the steps of the back patio and the awesome pier. The pool was great to hang out and cool off in. Rockport is a great spot with interesting local shops and good places to eat. Rockport Beach was clean and just a few minutes driving distance. All in all, I highly recommend this wonderful spot- especially if you have those who love to fish in your group.

The bay stretches all the way to the horizon

Would definitely come back here again. The owner was great and was quick to answer all my questions about the unit. The views of the bay stretch all the way to the horizon which I wasn't expecting.

Great Stay (Again!)

This was our second time to stay here and we loved it again. The condo has everything we needed for a two week stay and the location is perfect for us. We hope to be back again in the future!

Rockport Condo

This is a beautiful place to stay. The pictures do not do it justice. Five of us stayed for a week and it was very roomy and comfortable. Communication with the owner was very easy and received quick responses. This is a great place to stay and we would happily do so again. We as a family very highly recommend you stay here.

Great condo!

It was great to be able to crab, go to downtown Rockport, sit on the patio, play basketball and swim at the condo. The pool area also had BBQ's so we were able to grill. Great time. And the condo was gorgeous.

Awesome.4 day get a away

Beautiful view of the ocean nicely decorated interior. There were games for a rainy day. Waking up to the sunrise and the scent of fresh ocean air. A nice screen door for the balcony would be nice to sleep with the door open. Just a suggestion. We would definitely make a return visit to this property.

Winter Get Away

We enjoyed our 2 week stay here to avoid the winter weather up north. Couldn’t have better view of the water to watch the gulls, pelicans and other birds. Also saw a few dolphins. Fishing wasn’t great but we liked having the fishing pier available. The unit had everything we needed and internet/WiFi worked great for remote work. Will keep this one on our list to come back!

Wonderful property

This was a wonderful property. Quiet, clean, modern amenities and beautiful view!! Came complete with a morning greeting from a pair of dolphins. Highly recommend for rest and relaxation.

Great Comfortable Stay

The condo is beautiful and modern. Perfect for your group to be comfortable and happy. The decorations were a nice touch and the views outside were equally enjoyed. Boat slip was a delightful plus. All in all would love to book again in future.

Great Location!

Great location! Open the back door to the ocean and start fishing. Perfect combination for adults and children. When the kids got bored fishing, they played in the sand, and when they were tired they had a place to nap. Allowing the fishing to never stop.
