Visiting family

We were just across the bridge from family, so the location was perfect. The condo was beautiful. There is a small private beach area for the little ones to play and collect shells and the pool was delightful. It is a just a short drive to restaurants and more activities. It was perfect.

My wife and i have been coming to Rockport for 30 years. This was our very first VRBO experience. I will say that Kasandra made it absolutely flawless. Great communication, very clear and simple check in/out process. This condo was the best place we have ever stayed. It was very clean, beautifully decorated, and very organized. When they set this place up, they did it right! Nothing is overlooked, let me tell you, if its not there, you prob dont need it! Can not find a better condo in the Kontiki area. Thank you for allowing us to stay at your beautiful place Kasandra. We will be back. If you are looking for a place that sleeps 5 to 6. Stop looking and book this place right now!

My husband and I are in love with Rockport so we wanted to offer a clean, spacious, and relaxing place for others to come and be able to enjoy this amazing town. We have had the property listed on a different site but decided to come back here.

Why they chose this property

This gated community, (with an onsite property manager), gives me a sense of peace and security. The complex is quiet and relaxing for your Rockport getaway.

What makes this property unique

Rockport has hundreds, (maybe thousands), of rental opportunities, but not many have their own boat ramp to launch from, boat slips to tie up overnight, pickleball, safe sandy beach area for kids, AND designated trailer parking for visitors. This is a fishing family's dream.

No boat? No worries! The complex has a pier for guests only.

Don't fish? Again... No worries! Sit on the balcony with a coffee, water, or glass of wine and just enjoy the serenity of the view.
