High Pointe Resort is a gated-community on 30A, nestled between Rosemary and Alys Beach. The 6,000 sq. ft. Lagoon Pool with waterfalls, a kiddie pool and hot tub are a huge draw; as well tennis courts, golf practice net, shuffle board courts, barbecue grills. Crabby Steve’s gulf-front Bar and Grill is the perfect place to grab a bite to eat before hitting the beach. 

This stunning rental is a 2 bedroom, 2 bath Gulf front condo and comfortably sleeps eight. This unit has been going through a complete renovation from top to bottom since the start of 2021. The master bedroom has a king size bed, private en suite and stunning gulf views. The second bedroom has two twin over queen bunks for the kids and has access to the shared guest bathroom. One beach chair set up is included in rental, two chairs and one umbrella.

We had a great stay! Check in and communication during our stay was seamless. Great location and walkable to town and many food options. The amenities in the community were a great perk and well maintained. Perfect sunset views from the patio! They provide you with a list of what home amenities are included and what you will need to bring prior to check in. Of note, you need to bring your own beach/pool towels. We hope to go back soon!

We had an amazing stay at HP 15W. Check-in process was extremely easy and the unit was better than advertised. The view was unbelievable! We had so much fun down at the beach and at the pool. We also played pickleball and rented bikes one day. We love the entire 30A area and can't wait to come back!

My family and I had a wonderful stay at 15W. Firstly, check-in process was super easy, and we were actually able to check-in nearly 2 hrs early! The condo was super clean upon entering. Beds were comfortable, and you can’t beat a kids room that can sleep 6 kids (we only had 3 kids with us though). Views were breathtaking. Walk to the beach took one minute, and the steep steps to the sand included ramps for wagons or anyone who wanted to skip the steps. My family and I walked to the nearby plazas, which include an ice cream store, candy store, souvenir shops, and clothing boutiques. It was a great stay!

Great spot! Mattress and pillows could use replacing. No patio furniture and outlets didn’t all work but assuming that’s construction related. Would book again for sure. Perfect location and view.

Amazing beach trip

Charming getaway

My family loved staying at this unit. The unit is so beautiful with very lovely decorations. Everything was so cozy and comfortable. We loved being on the first floor and able to get to the pool and beach so quickly with children. The pool was fantastic, the restaurant being on site was so handy, and the shops and restaurants were so close by. This has been our favorite spot to stay and hope to come back to this exact unit.

Comfortable & Beautiful Condo on the Beach

Condo is beautiful,very well situated. Walking distance to shops and restaurants. Condo is well stocked with cooking essentials, beds are super comfortable and bathrooms are great size. Inclusion of 2 beach chairs and an umbrella was very nice. Would have loved for beach towels to be supplied and better wifi. Also, be aware that Uber/Lyft are not readily available for trips back to airport.Almost missed my flight, had to get a limo service.

Worst rental experience. I specifically rented this unit because of the view for my 88 yo Dad who is not very mobile, so he could sit on the porch and enjoy the view. However, view was blocked by scaffolding on the porch. I would have never rented this unit if I knew about the blocked view. I contacted the management company, 30A Escapes & asked if we could move units and get a refund. They told me they would have someone reach out to me, 5 hours and no response. Since no-one ever contacted me I called 30A Escapes first thing Sunday, they said it’s Sunday, they couldn’t get anyone to respond to approve us moving to another property. We were stuck staying at this unit. To top off our NO view experience, floors were filthy & I cleaned up trash off the porch. I sent pictures to 30A Escapes & they just said oh sorry but no action. The morning we were to check out, two non English speaking workers showed up ON the porch at 8:30AM, and would not leave. I again contacted the management company, 30A Escape, and they said they would contact High Point management. Yet again, no action, the workers kept climbing up and down the scaffolding making our blocked view even worse. 30A Escapes offered a 200 credit, this was nominal considering our vacation had been ruined. If you are renting thru VRBO beware of 30A Escapes management company. In my over 25 years of renting thru VRBO, I have never had such a horrible experience. Very poor management and rude staff.

Great family vacay

Condo furnishings beautiful. Kitchen stocked well but cutlery was not clean. Overall could have done with a better clean. View is incredible. Good location. The master bathroom sliding door is VERY loud, needs to be oiled, and the toilet seat was loose. But loved the bath! Very modern. Family of 5 and only 3 wristbands in the room. We made do. But after we arrived home received a call from 30A saying we needed to pay for 7 wristbands, then changed their story to 4 wristbands…2 of which were left in the condo already! There are no attendants at the bike rental shack- ever. Otherwise we had fun and enjoyed the week. Beach attendants were amazing, security guards were friendly, we would book again.

Great condo, but some tech hiccups

We arrived and were really pleased with the appearance of everything. The condo really is as pretty and clean as the pictures show. Later the first night, we discovered that the WiFi and cable wasn’t working. We called customer service the next morning and the issue was corrected later that afternoon (unfortunately about halfway through our trip). After getting the living room television connected to internet, it was really slow to respond to remote commands and we never could get the streaming options to work. My husband is a tech guy, so it was truly an issue and not user error. We took advantage of the provided DVD player and went old school and rented some movies. Regardless of the hiccups, we enjoyed our time in Seacrest and would love to come back again.

Family fall break

The only problem was at check in when we didn’t have our wristbands and none of the gate codes worked but after contacting management it was taken care of. Location is great and the property was very clean and well kept. Walking distance to the beach and many ammentities

FANTASTIC STAY! When can we come back!!!

We Loved our stay! Conveniently located. Easy access to beach. LOVED that the beach chair set up was automatic. So perfect to have access to Crabby Steve's right off the beach. Unit was clean, comfortable and updated! The only issue we had was with configuring the TV's so that we could access the cable/streaming accounts, but we called customer service and someone was out to help that day! Can't wait to go back.

Beautiful property!

Absolutely loved the condo! It was beautiful, clean, and right on the beach! The only issue I had was with the check-in process. I asked weeks in advance for an early check-in. Although I understand it’s not always guaranteed, I was there at 12pm in hopes to check in early….which did not happen. Check in is at 4pm, and I actually had to call to get the code because it was still not released to me at 4pm, after waiting over 4 hours to check in. That was my only issue. Other than that, it was a great stay!
