Kenwood - Stay close to all the action in this immaculate house only 1.4 miles to Cooperstown Dreams Park and 3.7 miles to the Village of Cooperstown. The whole house was completely renovated and update in 2020 as well as completely redecorated with all new furniture, significantly increasing the charm of this classic. The farmhouse contemporary styling is a perfect blend of new and the original vintage style. The original hardwood floors, trim and 5 panel doors were restored throughout showcasing the amazing craftsmanship of times gone by.

The large living room has lots of super comfy seating and ample floor space. Enjoy a family movie night on the 65" TV or challenge a family member to one of the many games and puzzles supplied or test your dance skills on the PS3 move dance game! Adjacent to the living room is an additional sitting room referred to as the parlor, a perfect place to curl up with a good book. Next to the parlor there is a complete office with a Mac desktop and Bluetooth printer, if you must work while on vacation. The formal dining room has a huge farmhouse table for everyone to gather at for mealtime. The dining room is located just off the kitchen making it super covenant to serve up dinner. The kitchen has all new appliances and is fully stocked with all the cooking and serving essentials you will need. There is a table to two in the kitchen overlooking the backyard, great place for morning coffee. You could also enjoy your coffee in the sun porch next the the kitchen, this is such a sweet sitting area full of light and greenery from the lush gardens outside the windows. A full bathroom with a shower completes the first floor.

All four bedrooms and a full bathroom with tub/shower are on the second floor. The primary bedroom has the most comfortable king bed ever! Each bedroom has a smart TV and AC. Many guests have raved about the high end bedding and attention to detail in the bedrooms, it is easy to get a good nights sleep after a busy day at the park.
The backyard of Kenwood is very large, lots of room to play a game of ball or one of the many yard gams supplied. There is a firepit with lounge chairs surrounding it and a custom made live edge picnic table for dining alfresco. Cook up a fabulous BBQ meal for the family on the large commercial gas grill and enjoy under the stars. The 2 car garage was converted into an awesome game room with lots of toys and games including ping-pong, foosball, air hockey, a poker table and more. A basketball hoop is another great source of entertainment for all, just outside of the garage.

Kenwood is located within walking distance to restaurants, shops, breweries and so much more. It is a super short drive (under 5 minutes) to the park or to the Village of Cooperstown. Kenwood is your home away from home, it is sure to be a place you will enjoy and make many memories!

Amazing vacation

My family and I had a great time during our stay. Natasha, our host was helpful and attentive. The house is clean and well decorated. Great restaurants nearby, and close to Cooperstown and Oneonta. Highly recommend!

This was a perfect place for us. We had a couple other families share this house while we were in town for baseball! Great location and close to everything. I can’t tell you how impressed we were with how clean and all the many thoughtful touches and amenities throughout the house. We really enjoyed our time. Fantastic Home & Great Location

Two families shared this home during a week-long Cooperstown baseball tournament. This was one of the cleanest & well equipped homes I’ve ever rented. They had everything & more!! Plenty of fun games and entertainment for the kids with a nice amount of space for the adults. I would highly recommend the Kenwood to anyone visiting the area!!

The property was immaculate. It is clear that much care is taken to ensure that Kenwood is cleaned and maintained - it is clearly treated like someone's home, not a rental! Great Vacation

We were really excited about going to Cooperstown. This was on my bucket list. Family made arrangements and could not have found a better place or host than Natasha. Very clean and close to the town. We all had an absolutely fabulous time. Definitely recommend. We. Will definitely try to comeback and would stay again at the Kenwood.

Perfect!

Kenwood was the perfect place for our family to stay while our grandson played at Dreams Park. We had three generations staying there and everybody was happy. The house had everything we could have possibly needed and we made good use of the games and activities. It was close enough to the Ball Park that we were able to return between games for meals or just to cool off and refresh. The owners have truly thought of everything, from kitchen supplies to laundry soap. We hope to return!

A BLAST!

This place was great! It had everything we needed, including umbrellas we could borrow because it was raining during our trip. We cooked most nights, it had all of the cooking items we needed. The living room area was great for gathering and recapping the day or for naps! The outdoor area was nice for gathering as well, we had a few nighttime fires and made s’mores. The bedrooms were updated and cozy! And the place is very close to Dreamspark!! We had a wonderful time, it was perfect.

Cooperstown Baseball and Fun

Our stay at this house was amazing. We enjoyed being so close to the baseball fields, yet also feeling like you are in the country. The house was equipped w everything we needed. The hosts have truly thought of everything…even firewood for the fire put out back. The hosts were also readily available. We had one minor issue, but they handled it immediately. We loved our stay here and hated to leave! Beautiful home and setting!

Perfect Location - Great Home!

If you are looking for accomodations while your son plays at Dreams Park, look no further. Kenwood has everything you could possibly need. The bedrooms and bathrooms are nicely updated and the house accomodates a nice amount of people. The kitchen was well stocked with everything you need to cook a good meal. The outside fire pit area was perfect for chilly Cooperstown evenings. And the game room garage entertained the younger siblings. The location could not be beat. Directly across the street from the Dugout Bar and Grill and a 2 minute drive to the grovery store, McDonald's, several restaurants and of course, the park. The hosts were readily available for any questions we had. It was a wonderful stay!
