This stylish one-level getaway comfortably sleeps six guests: Primary Bedroom with King bed, Second Bedroom with Pyramid bunk bed (twin over full), and a Queen sleeper sofa in the Living Room. Relax in the inviting screened-in porch, enjoy your favorite shows on the SMART TV, and take advantage of the shared washer & dryer, Wi-Fi, and dining area for six. A fully equipped kitchen has everything a home chef could want. An outdoor shower makes beach days even easier, and assigned off-street parking for one car adds convenience to your stay. Nestled in the heart of Rehoboth Beach, this condo is just steps from the sand and boardwalk. Walk to Rehoboth Avenue for fine dining and tax-free shopping, or spend the day at Funland, just one block away. Want to explore further? Hop on the Jolly Trolley for a quick ride to Dewey Beach and more restaurants and shops. Amenities include SMART TV, free Wi-Fi, screened-in porch, outdoor shower, shared washer & dryer, central A/C and heating, fully stocked kitchen, and off-street parking for one car. Things to know: No smoking and no pets. Linens are not provided, but rental packages are available upon request. Shared washer & dryer. Saturday-to-Saturday rentals during peak summer season. Please note that the VRBO service fee is charged separately by VRBO and is not imposed by the Host. As a result, your credit card will reflect two separate charges: one from VRBO for the service fee and one from the Host for the rental charges. Beach bliss

Everything was exactly as described. A very comfortable fit for our small family. Two bathrooms were a welcomed feature. Proximity to the beach & boardwalk is excellent. Would definitely stay here again.

Beach Condo on Hickman

This condo was very clean and beautifully furnished. It had everything we needed for a wonderful vacation. Very close to the beach and center of town. The parking in the lot along with the permit passes made it easy for all of us to park. And the convenience of the location allowed us to not need our cars all week!

Best time yet

This location is the best spot we've stayed at in Rehoboth yet. Seconds from the boardwalk, very cute street and amazing finishes indoors. Our family of 5 fit perfectly. Lots of wonderful family dinners at the dining room table, and plenty of space to sit and relax after long days at the beach. The outdoor shower around back is great and every detail for the vacationer was addressed. We hope to be back next year!
