Family time in Colorado

Everything was just perfect! The house was very clean and we had a wonderful stay visiting with my kids and grandchildren. The backyard was a great place for them to hang out and the park next door was a bonus. The kids kicked around a soccer ball and played tag. The deck was a great place to view all the action. We used the barbecue and had a family meal. The hosts, Ben and Kim were wonderful to work with and made us feel comfortable in the house. We throughly enjoyed our stay and will be back again.

Loved this Beautiful Home!

This is one one the nicest homes we have ever stayed in. Our family loved this home. The house has so much space, clean, and it has a beautiful layout from inside to out. The children had their own area to hang out, watch TV, while the adults had their own space upstairs. The playground next door was a hit. It was fun to watch the sunset in the back patio. Close to many places to eat. No need to search anywhere else. We can't wait to stay here again.

Short but sweet

We were in Colorado for a wedding so we were not at the house for much of our stay but it was nice to have a place to unwind and to all get ready! The house was as pictured so there were no surprises.

Family Getaway

House was in a great neighborhood and accommodated all of pur family perfectly. Front storm door was broken...house smelled like body odor and cigars. Back deck was dirty. Owner offered to bring fabreeze over...not a great solution since we have family with severe asthma.

Hello Cindy, thank you for the stay. We have a very reliable and responsive cleaners and quality control team. Our cleaners did NOT notice the odors you indicated when they cleaned and sanitized the home before your arrival. We also have a team member that quality checks every home before arrival. Should a guest have any issues we can almost always have someone there promptly to assist. Guests sometimes complain about the house seeking discounts. We are a very responsive and active team. We own high grade commercial deodorizer and ozone machine. When we offered to stop by, you declined, which makes your credibility very questionable. Plus, we stopped by the home after your departure and still NO odor. Please note, we have a beautiful tree that shades the back deck of the home. We sweep the deck and quality control with every Check-in. Sometimes Mother Nature has a mind of her own and may send summer winds through the area. This can cause the tree to shed leaves, seeds, petals, etc. As much as we hope the tree would resist the the temptation to shed, especially before a check-in, it does happen with wind. Please note the storm door has an easy release opener. There are instructions for the guests. It's a more modern hardware, that we thought would add to the upgrades of the home. Sadly, some guests are unable to read the instructions on how to do the quick release, so they think the patio door is broken because they don't know how to close the patio door. It's super simple, once you read instructions. Opting a discount for a good review is not our business motto. We stand by our cleaners and team. They have been with us for a long time. They are diligent and work hard at what they do. We were responsive, only to be declined to assist. We stand by our reviews on this listing and other sites. Thanks so much for the stay. We loved your house. It was perfect for our week long stay. The biggest issue was the front door. One of the screws is not set property and sticks out slightly, so it’s hits the metal on the door which has stripped the screw and causes the door not to close. We used a screw driver to do the best we could but didn’t use it again after getting it closed.

Mostly as advertised

The property is well appointed, the house is decorated and comfortable. We were pleased to have enough towels and paper towels. We cooked frequently and ate in. The kitchen had plenty of plates, utensils, and cooking equipment. The toaster oven was broken but management replaced it immediately. On the first day one of the comforters was stained. We used the laundry room to wash it (double washer dryers!) but the damage was done. We questioned the cleanliness of all bedding which led to rewashing bedding. I sent a photo to management of the stained comforter. We ran out of detergent with all the rewashing and management brought that to us quickly. Management blamed housekeeping, but did not offer any reduction in housekeeping fees. Overall, we liked the property .

We wish you mentioned to us immediately about the comforter and not to take it upon yourself to wash the comforters. As hosts with the highest standards we always have an extra sets of towels, sheets, comforters, ready to go should any small hiccups arise. Our team checked the toaster oven and it worked perfectly fine. It was definitely user error. Please note we are a responsive team and dropped off a new extra toaster oven outside the front door, as you didn’t allow the team to go in the home to check the toaster oven and show you how to use it properly. We take pride in being responsive hosts. We did mention to all cleaners to not over stuff the washer with comforters just in case. All the best. Kind regards

North Glenn stay

Great house in quiet neighborhood, good for a large group. Comfortable beds, linens, pillows. Nice touch having two washers and dryers. Great setup for an infant. Highly recommend for a big group.
