Convenient location to anything you want to do on the island. Easy walk to the beach and a couple of fun beach bars. Easy bike ride to downtown Fernandina and Fort Clinch. The condo is tucked away on a private street which is quiet and filled with friendly neighbors.

The property was just as presented in pictures and was perfect. The condo was VERY clean, comfortable and had everything we needed. Everyone at the complex was so nice and it was so quiet and laid back…just what we wanted. The beach is just a very short distance and easily accessible. We took advantage of having beach equipment delivered through the booking process and it was fabulous! We had an email each day just checking to make sure we were happy with things and letting us know to reach out if we needed anything. I HIGHLY recommend booking through them. We will be returning!

Perfect Getaway!

This condo was a great last minute find. It is exactly as described. Very clean, well appointed, centrally located to grocery stores, restaurants, waterfront and one block over from beach access. This condo is situated off the main road in a very quiet complex with a pool, playground and tennis courts. It's just what I was looking for! My family of four enjoyed our stay and appreciated the quiet, clean and relaxing accommodations and the check in/out proceess was super easy...will return!

The property was as described. We enjoyed the close proximity to the public access to the beach. Our unit was way in the back so it was quiet and private. The kitchen was well equipped except for the silverware and lack of measuring cups.

Vacation on Amelia Island

The accommodations were pretty much as advertised. It was clean with a spacious kitchen. The TV had limited Xfinity channels. Also the water control handles in both showers need replaced. It was difficult to adjust the water temperature. I did not realize that the unit was on the upper level. We needed one on the first level. Overall the unit was fine. Loved the swimming pool. Good access to the beach. We found the activity and restaurant recommendations very helpful.

Everything would have been great if only I could have had an extra visitor's pass for my daughter who drove up from Jacksonville just for an evening dinner, who I rarely get to see. There were plenty of empty visitor's spots, but such a huge deal was made about me asking several days ahead of time for an extra pass just for just 3 hours one evening. They scared me by telling me cars would be towed if they didn't have a pass at all times. Really ????????

Exceptional Property, Fantastic Location

There are plenty of properties to choose from in the area, but I am very happy we stayed here. Check-in was a breeze. We were in the condo about 20 minutes after we were given our code and it was spotless when we arrived. The complex is great, but this unit has to be one of the best. Most units have a balcony that faces a parking lot or another condo, but this one faces the woods offering privacy and peace. That carries over inside as well with no neighbors above you and the exterior walls for the bedrooms facing the woods. No matter what time of day, sleep will never be an issue here. Both beds and all furniture are very comfortable. Just a 5 minute walk from beach access #24, which does not have a parking lot so you only share the beach with others staying within walking distance. If you prefer more of a crowd, another 5 minute walk north will get you to a busy part of the beach and near a few restaurants. The beach has TONS of shells to collect and plenty of shark teeth to be found. Communication with the property managers is very easy and they always respond very quickly. Thank you for the wonderful stay, wish we would have booked for longer!

Our stay at this location was perfect. We honestly didn't spend much time in the unit itself but when we did it was great. The location is tucked away in the complex and very private. The beds and pillows were great. The condo was spotless when we got there. Parking is a breeze. Highly recommend this spot.
