Studio Cottage in back of owner's house, very private, great location on Fort Myers Beach. Extensively remodeled after the Hurricane. Quiet neighborhood but short walk to beach and shops, restaurants. Nicely and tropically furnished. Full Kitchen with Granite Countertops. Large bath. Queen sized bed. Laundry. Deck and large yard with tables, chairs, loungers. Tropical gardens. No loud music or partyers. No college students. A well behaved dog considered with pre-approval only.

Nice studio with outdoor spaces, near beach

We had another nice stay at Karen and Lloyd’s place. Suits our needs as a couple perfectly. Nice kitchen and bathroom, good TV with plenty of viewing options, comfortable bed and short walk to sugar sand beach. We were very happy to be back.

Perfect Place for a Couple

The efficiency apartment was spotless and contained everything we needed-perfect for a couple. It was just a short 1/2 mile to the beach which included a walk through a friendly neighborhood. The hosts were warmly hospitable.

Cozy Cottage

Our stay was very nice and relaxing. Everything has been recently renovated. Only a 10 minute walk to the beach. We enjoyed this cozy cottage.

Wonderful and quiet place close to the beach

My wife and I had a wonderful stay here. The owners were the most friendly and welcoming folks you could ask for! The location was an easy short walk to the beach, but was still quiet and peaceful. The rental had everything we needed for the two of us. We would definitely come back!

Charming cottage—wonderful stay

This studio space is so nicely appointed with modern kitchen and bath, comfortable queen bed, nice TV viewing area and two outdoor spaces. Best of all worlds with the quiet of a dead end street but just a short walk to the beautiful white sand beach. So many thoughtful extras provided by the hosts who live on site and were lovely. Even post-Ian the island is alive and well with plenty of shops and restaurants. We’ll be back for sure!

Structures under construction during the day so there is some noise, at night quiet private we felt very comfortable, unit is clean and updated nice size bathroom whole unit was great no issues hosts were friendly Normal people! Hard to find these days all around great home base

A Great experience

The host (Karen) was awesome! Anything that she thought that we may need she either furnished or refreshed. Except for food of course. Very quiet neighborhood. The neighbors are on the street were friendly. I would definitely rent this again!

A Getaway for Two

My husband and I enjoyed this small cottage, attached to the main residence, but with its own separate door around the back of the property. The homeowners were very kind and helpful with information about the area; we enjoyed our chats and learning about additional tips and recommendations offered.The bed was very comfortable, and the kitchen was stocked appropriately for us to be able to prepare and cook meals. The bathroom was also newly remodeled and outfitted with a large shower. The whole beach area still has significant work being done after the hurricanes, but so much progress has been made. Traffic can be a challenge at times, but that is to be expected. We were more than happy to rent from someone living there and working to rebuild, a two-way blessing! Thank you!
