Perfect location in proximity to the beach and Times Square activity! The place had everything we needed including AC, kitchen, and beach supplies. It was a quiet space even in a well populated area. Would stay again!!

We are officially ft myers locals. Originally from Minnesota and Oregon, but as we raise our family here we call this gem location on the the beach our “cabin” when the space is not rented we love spending quality family time here

Why they chose this property

This is really the perfect spot at the beach. When it came available we knew we wanted to own a little piece of paradise It is located Between the iconic Lanai Kai and new Margaritaville. A mix of old time FL with upscale growth. No shoes required to make it to beach. And a simple walk to tons of restaurants and bars. No car needed making it a true island stay
