Family home beach ocean front property with easy access to beach. Relative quite neighborhood with the ocean view in front of house. Tranquility sounds of the waves of the ocean and the southwestern breeze of the winds and tropical climate. Just 25 minutes northeast of San Juan international airport depending on traffic, and a skip, jump, and a hop from the famous Yunque rain forest.

The ocean view was the best feature of the house. Breathtaking view. A great beach was only 15 min away and the rainforest and San Juan were 35 minutes away in opposite directions. The beds were very uncomfortable. The WiFi was not connected properly. Only one bathroom had a working shower with hot water. It was very difficult to find the property and to enter the house with all of the different keys and codes. I was also given the wrong code for the front door. There were ants in the kitchen. The pots were in very poor condition.

40th Birthday

This place was awesome. Terry was very helpful and also concerned about our whereabouts. The only bad thing is the house is about 40 min from all the action. That’s a long drive after a full day of fun.
