A sliding screen door at the private entrance and triple sliders on the lovely shaded lanai allow wonderful cooling cross-breezes in this end unit! Fully equipped kitchen and all three bedrooms are generously sized. Westminster's challenging par-72 public golf course has practice, putting, and chipping greens, a full Pro Shop, and a newly-renovated clubhouse and restaurant. Community amenities include a pool with brand-new geo-thermal heating, hot tub, tennis and basketball courts, an active exercise room, and a community center for your business needs!
