This updated condo has an open living area with a couch and two accent armchairs with plush pillows, made for relaxing and watching a movie on TV with cable and Wi-Fi. The spacious kitchen is equipped with sleek counter tops, crisp white cabinets, stainless steel appliances including a dishwasher, refrigerator, stove/oven, microwave, regular coffee pot, dishes, basic pots, pans and utensils for your culinary needs. Savor your freshly made meals at the high-top dining table, perched beside the large window with glimpses of the water. There is additional seating at the bar for four. Sip your morning coffee on the private back patio while taking in amazing sunrises and Gulf views. The first bedroom (BR1) consists of a Queen bed, TV, nightstand, closet and chest for your beach attire. The second bedroom (BR2) is made up of 2 Twin beds, a closet and a chest. For your convenience, there is a shared bathroom between these rooms including a vanity with ample space for dressing and makeup, separated from the tub/shower area. The third bedroom (BR3) is composed of two Full beds, nightstand, chest and closet. It has use of a bathroom at the end of the hallway with accommodations of a vanity and pebble tile shower with glass doors. This condo is near downtown Port Aransas, the golf course, shopping, beach access and restaurants. Amenities include TV, Wireless internet, access to Charcoal BBQ pits and picnic areas, laundry facilities, 2 Boardwalks to the Beach, 2 Shared Community Pools.

We have stayed in a few different units of this complex. The beach access is easy. The pools are nice. We always use the grills while we’re there. And in the summertime they’ve got good live music at the main pool.

The property was everything we expected and more!!! Plenty of room for everyone, close to the beach, beautiful view, and quiet! The property is kept clean and the pool area is well maintained. Great location near food, groceries and shopping. Will definitely return in the future.

Great location and nice enough.

We stayed for 3 nights over Spring Break. The place was clean and walking distance the beach which was our main focus. We enjoyed our stay and the communication and checkin was easy. The place was clean and very “average”. For the price it was what I should have expected. The pillows were very thin and bedding was low quality, no coffee filters for the machine (which they later brought after I bought some at the grocery store), and the place felt a bit dated. All that said, it was fine for what we needed and I would stay there again.

The condo needs better cleaning. A used bandaid greeted us on the doormat upon arrival. Cabinets, door frames, baseboards, and doors are very dirty - especially in kitchen and living room area. Ceiling fan blades have dust on them. Found other people’s hair on window ledge in kitchen. The two blue, upholstered chairs in living room are very dirty - felt uncomfortable to sit on them due to grime and stains. Broken mini blinds. Dishes and kitchenware need attending to - some glasses smelled, one had red lipstick on it, and a lot is dated/worn. Also over communication from property manager - be prepared for a lot of messages! We have stayed in this complex before and like its location and amenities, but we would not stay in this specific unit again in its current state.
