The spacious kitchen is equipped with sleek counter tops, crisp white cabinets, stainless steel appliances including a dishwasher, refrigerator, stove/oven, microwave, regular coffee pot, dishes, basic pots, pans and utensils for your culinary needs. Savor your freshly made meals at the high-top dining table, perched beside the large window with glimpses of the water. There is additional seating at the bar for four. Sip your morning coffee on the private back patio while taking in amazing sunrises and Gulf views. The first bedroom (BR1) consists of a Queen bed, TV, nightstand, closet and chest for your beach attire. The second bedroom (BR2) is made up of 2 Twin beds, a closet and a chest. For your convenience, there is a shared bathroom between these rooms including a vanity with ample space for dressing and makeup, separated from the tub/shower area. The third bedroom (BR3) is composed of two Full beds, nightstand, chest and closet. It has use of a bathroom at the end of the hallway with accommodations of a vanity and pebble tile shower with glass doors. This condo is near downtown Port Aransas, the golf course, shopping, beach access and restaurants. Amenities include TV, Wireless internet, access to Charcoal BBQ pits and picnic areas, laundry facilities, 2 Boardwalks to the Beach, 2 Shared Community Pools.
