The Rucker House

Nestled in the heart of historic Granbury. One block from the square, across from the downtown historical water park. Professionally renovated with a transitional open concept. Beautiful hardwood floors and stainless steel appliances. Quartz throughout with a 2 Car Garage one side available for parking. The other has a convertible game table with pingpong, air hockey, and pool table. Full washer and dryer area. Covered patio with a grill, table and chairs, and a fire pit in the extra large yard. Walking distance to the square. Home features smart TV’s through the home. Keurig included. Right next door to a Work out station, jogging/walking path the leads past the fireman park and is miles long. This home is also located on the parade route!Check-In is 4pm check-out is 11am.

Cozy house!

We loved this cozy house! It’s perfect for a family to stay in. Everything was nice and clean and the decor was beautiful! We loved playing ping pong in the garage, and there’s also the option to play pool or air hockey with the table also. The backyard is nice also! We loved that it’s at a convenient location near the courthouse square.

Perfect house for us!

We loved this house! It was so clean and well stocked with everything we needed for our two-night stay. It has been remodeled and updated beautifully!

Excellent location with comfort

This home is inviting and clean!! It is very spacious. Lots of places to sit. The back yard is beautiful. The entire property is well maintained. We walked through a beautiful park to The Square which is a very short distance. If we return to the area, we will try to stay here!

Great weekend in Granbury

The house was amazing . Super clean and had everything we needed for a great stay. Walking distance to restaurants, shopping and the square.

Nice House!

House is a great layout and the backyard is very private with the tall fence it has. Decent size kitchen for cooking with almost everything you could/would need.

Weekend getaway

We had a lovely time staying at this home. It was very nice and is a perfect location close to the downtown square and across the street from a really nice park. The home was well appointed and had everything we needed. We have a young family and enjoyed visiting the beach park, dinosaur world and dinosaur valley state park. We would love to come back and stay again!

Wonderful House in Great Location

This house was perfect for our family. Open, modern layout made for great family hang-outs. It was across the street from a great bike and hike trail and was within walking distance of Downtown Grandbury. The house had many great features including a big kitchen, large dining room area, and comfortable living room for watching movies. We enjoyed sitting on the back porch and there was a sweet sitting area outside of master bedroom. We really enjoyed our stay and look forward to staying again soon!
