AH-B205 Reel Escape, Remodeled 2nd Floor Condo, Shared Pool and Hot Tub, Near Marina

Book your next vacation at the newly remodeled second-story condo, Reel Escape. Seaside-inspired décor is carried throughout this condo. The open living area is great for gathering on the couch (converts to sleeper sofa), recliner, or bean bag chair to watch movies on the wall-mounted TV with cable. Step out the sliding glass door to sip your morning coffee while enjoying views of the shared pool and hot tub from the back balcony. Back inside, the bar-height dining table has seating for four to enjoy family meals or a game of cards. Two barstools make up the additional seating at the open bar area. The kitchen has everything needed for your culinary skills from spacious granite countertops, fresh white cabinets, and stainless steel appliances to basic pots pans, and utensils and both Keurig and a regular coffee maker. The guest bedroom (BR1) is perfect for kids with room for playing games on the floor equipped with two Twin beds and a closet. The hall bath has a vanity and tub/shower. Venture into the master bedroom (BR2) consisting of a King bed, nightstand, closet for your beach attire, chest, and wall-mounted TV. The ensuite bathroom has a spacious vanity separated from the tile shower with a glass door. For your convenience, there is a full-size washer and dryer tucked neatly at the end of the hall. Enjoy the close walking proximity to the Marina to watch the dolphins. Shops, restaurants, and bars are only 0.5 miles away and it is a short 1.3-mile drive to the beach. Book your next vacation to slip away to the Reel Escape.

Great option if you can't find something near beach

We loved staying here. Normally we usually try to find something closer to the beach but were pleasantly surprised with this location. It is so close to where you get off the ferry and in the mix of the fun downtown area and close to so much including stores, restaurants and only a short ride to beach. We rented a golf cart from a vendor in town and it was so easy getting everywhere we needed to go because of the location. We also loved enjoying the onsite pool after a day at the beach. Everything was clean and the inside of the condo was very nice with comfortable furniture and appliances seemed new as well. I would highly recommend this condo to anyone. We had a great time!

Nice gateway!

I really like the condo. Very clean and nice decoration. The kitchen was well equipped. My only observations is that I did not had the sense of complete privacy because the door to the balcony did not have curtains so Idid not know how much people could see from distance. The condo is on the second floor in front of the pool.

Perfect get away!

The property was very clean and affordable. The pool was centrally located and easy to see from the balcony to keep an eye on the kids. We felt comforable enough in the complex to leave belongings in the cart. Nothing was ever tampered with or stolen. My only compaint is that the king bed mattress was VERY firm. Maybe suitable for some guests, but not me. Also, I wish there were more cooking utensils in the kitchen and at least some salt and pepper. Overall, I would highly recommend!

Overall our stay was very nice and easy, but some usual amenities were not available. I have never stayed in a place where there was not even salt and pepper in the kitchen. Perhaps I missed that in the listing of the place, but I would have been prepared knowing this in advance.

Great location and condo was very accommodating

Overall, the condo itself was great. The Check-in process was flawless and conducted via text with the door code sent at check-in time. Not having to go to an office to get keys was awesome. My only complaint during the whole stay was both TV remotes had dead batteries and the neighbor below us kept complaining about our "footsteps." She kept knocking on our door and telling us that she is a permanent resident and said the buildings do not have insulation, so our footsteps were very loud. I have a 7 and 10-year-old who were excited to be at the beach and were playing a little more than normal - sorry? The complaints were all in the middle of the afternoon/early evening - we always abide by quiet hours after 10 pm. That hampered the enjoyment a little bit, but we did enjoy the condo!

Family Vacation

The property was really nice and the inside of place was very clean and well kept. My kids had a great time and so did the adults. I would come and stay at this location again
