This Cute 2 Bedroom 2 Bath Condo Sleeps 6. (BR1-Queen; BR2-Queen); Sleeper Sofa; Conveniently located close to town and is 1/2 Mile to the Beach. This Townhome is economically priced with open floor plan and a large patio that overlooks the shared pool. The garage is big enough for your boat and has parking for 2 cars. It can be rented with 221B Las Palmas for a bigger group. No parking on the road.

Las Palmas condo is 2 story with the garage on the ground floor and all living upstairs above. The open floor plan has plenty of seating in the living room with TV, cable and Wi-Fi. The dining table has seating for 4 and 2 barstools at the adjacent bar. The kitchen has all of the appliances needed to meet your cooking needs. The laundry closet is tucked away in the hall with a washer and dryer and shelves for your detergents. Both bedrooms have Queen beds, chest and closet for your beach and fishing attire, TV and ensuite bathrooms with tub/shower combination unit. Enjoy the view of the shared pool off of the back balcony which has outdoor seating. There is also a picnic on the bottom covered level underneath. Bring your boat and the family and come enjoy Port A.

Didn't get to use the pool, but it looked nice. The proximity of the property was close to the beach, shopping, and several restaurants. I definitely recommend this as your choice of stay while visiting Port A. I know we will during future visits!

Great Experience

We loved our stay at this property. Checkin was super easy and the unit was clean and spacious. It’s just a few blocks from the beach, so easy to go back and forth during the day. While we didn’t end up using the pool, it was easily accessible and great to have that option. We would definitely stay here again.

The location in central Port Aransas is convenient for groceries, shopping, and food; I walked most places. The beach is several blocks away — too far to walk, but with a permit available for purchase at the grocery store right by the condo, you can park right on the beach.

Great Stay!

Everything was perfect! Location, spacious, scenery, pool, privacy, security, I have no bad comments. The only problem was that the door handle fell off as soon as I showed up, I put in a maintenance request and the maintenance guy never showed up and I was there for two days. Besides that, would definitely consider staying here again!

It is a couple minute walk from the only grocery store in the area. Back yard scenery is nice. The inside was fairly basic but was plenty for the 5 of us.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a great time in Port A and the Las Palmas was conveniently located near stores and shops of all kinds. The condo was well suited for our trip and party of 3 adults, 1 child and 2 small fur babies. We booked 221b that had the king in master and 2 twins in second room which would have suited us better but we were asked to switch to the other side ,221a, which had a queen bed in each room. Our 7 year old was fine on the fold out couch bed. I, myself, would have really preferred the king. The beds were comfortable and the linens were sufficient for us. Would have liked a television in the second bedroom but not a deal breaker. Having a washer/dryer was nice so we could have clean towels for the beach and pool. The pool area was nice. All appliances were in working order so no problems there. We stayed 4 nights and were able to enjoy a lot that the area has to offer, fishing, beach, aquarium and of course the delicious food. We will be back and we WILL consider staying at the Las Palmas in the future. The management was very helpful and kind.

They were a couple of things that could be improved, one is the wi-fi, it did not work well at all, and we you have kids that is a necessity. Second the outlet plugs were very loose and did not hold the plugs very well. But it was a super nice place to stay with a great pool and wonderful view.
