Pros: Very good location. Easy to walk to most sights. Nice apartment. Clean. Great communication from management, very responsive. Really close to shopping and dining. Easy to get to/from train station and easy to get to airport. Near metro. Best croissant in Paris at Boulangerie du Sentier, just down the block. Not kidding - AMAZING! Pull-out sofa bed is actually pretty comfortable. A/C works, though unit in 2nd bedroom is noisy. Having third toilet is really useful with a large number of people (we had five) and is a luxury to find.Con: Designer themes are tacky. Do you really want a neon light Louis Vutton over your bed? Apartment could be super-cute with some better decor. Beds are very firm. Could use some more kitchen supplies. Courtyard entrance could really use a clean-up but overall, had a very good stay.
