Comfortable condo in Breck

This condo has plenty of space for a family of four, was clean and comfortable. The family enjoyed the hot tubs daily, and the proximity to town was perfect. We had a great stay!

loved the location for skiing and amenities. Fun in a resort setting. Not very modern true to many places in Breck but the location makes up for it. Beds are good, kitchen well appointed, view great, staff helpful

A Great Summer Trip

This condo has everything you could want in a mountain vacation. The proximity to downtown as well as some great hiking trails make it a prime location. You really can’t beat the views. Communication with the owners was excellent and they were responsive to any questions we had.

We truly apologize for this out of the ordinary circumstance. We have used the same cleaning company for over 10 years and have always received positive comments on the cleanliness of the unit. In our check-in instructions we ask that guests make us aware of any issues as soon as possible so we can make every effort to fix them so you have a wonderful stay. Had we been made aware of the issues, we would have taken care of them immediately. It helps us for future guests as well to know when something isn't working properly because the cleaners do not use the appliances as a guest would. Great trip !

Wonderful vacation with our young adult kids. Condo very clean and host was accessible to communicate with . The condo is right at the base of the slope and also very close to Main st for dining and shopping, so convenient so it met all of our different needs. Would definitely stay again.
