We offer this beautiful 35 m² apartment for rent in Saint-Malo, 30 m from the beach, which can comfortably accommodate 2 travelers. Located on the 1st floor (with elevator) of a beautiful residence, it comprises a lovely 18 m² living room, a fully-equipped kitchen, a nice bedroom and a bathroom. Wifi (fiber optics), sheets and towels included, we're waiting for you!

The apartment is composed as follows
- 18 m² living room with TV
- A fully-equipped kitchen including electric kettle, microwave oven, toaster, dishwasher, hob...
- A bedroom with 1 queen-size bed (160×200)
- Bathroom with shower
- Separate WC

For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: clothes steamer, coffee maker...

The apartment is ideally located in Saint-Malo, in a very pleasant environment. All essential shops, boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets... are nearby.

Expédition Malouine St Malo is a lovely place. The old town is beautiful with a nice walk around the town walls and a great buzz in the evening, lots of restaurants. Great beach. Apartment is conveniently placed one road back from the beach.

The apartment was spotlessly clean and had all the amenities that we required ( the shower is a little on the small side). It is very close to St Malo old town and the sea front. Communication with the host before we arrived wasn’t great but once there he kindly met us outside of his normal check in times. We had a problem with the garage remote and a quick call to the host resulted in the problem being resolved very promptly. Thank you.

Expédition Malouine "Pros: very good location, steps to the beach and ten minutes from the city center. Comfortable bed, nice washer/dryer combo, lots of windows for fresh air. Cons: very little standard amenities; no hand soap or salt/pepper for cooking. The shower leaks so the pressure is a bit off. Communication was relatively nonexistent. With that said, I would stay again just for the location and now that I know to bring everything little thing I might need."

Les points positifs : - À moins de 100 m du front de mer et de la plage - Emplacement permettant de se rendre en 10 min à pied dans la vieille ville et ses remparts, évitant les parkings payants et la circulation saturée en été - Literie excellente - La place de parking privée en sous-sol est un vrai plus car tout est payant dans les rues alentours - Les petites lumières LED avec détecteur de mouvement sur les plinthes, pratiques la nuit Les points négatifs : - Environnement assez bruyant, on entend la rue et les voisins (camions poubelles, portes, garage, motos…) - Chauffe-eau ne fonctionne qu'en heures creuses (la nuit), attention pour les douches en journée, eau chaude non garantie sauf en forçant le disjoncteur/commutateur - Quelques inconvénients mineurs : tuyau de douche ou chasse d’eau qui fuit, poêle à frire rayée, absence de mug pour les amateurs de thé… Nous recommandons !"

Il est très situé, à proximité d’intra-muros et de toutes les commodités. Malgré cela, il était assez calme. La place de parking est un vrai plus.
