This was a tough review. The apartment was excellent in so many ways. It's in a very nice area. It's very large and has an excellent view of the Eiffel Tower. The host was very nice and super responsive. The only issue (and admittedly it's not the fault of the owner) is we stayed during a heat wave (temperatures were in the high 30s) and as a result the apartment was very warm. There were two portable air conditioners that made two of the bedrooms comfortable but the other bedroom and the living areas were quite uncomfortable even with fans. We also needed to close the shutters so we couldn't really enjoy the view. Again I don't blame the host as there was nothing else he could have done but had I known we'd be facing a heat wave, I would have stayed in either a hotel or apartment with full air conditioning.But if you were coming to Paris at a time when a heat wave was very unlikely, I would consider this a 5* property.

Mike unfortunately experienced a heat wave during his stay which is extremely rare in France to such level. Never happened in decades. I will invest in additional AC units by next summer 2027 so that there is no issue whatsoever in this front. During summer don’t hesitate to rent my country house 45 minutes from Paris which garden door opens to the forest of Marly where Louis the XIVth was hunting. It has a big 4200sqm garden, can sleeps 12 in 6 bedrooms and has a large pool and access to the forest, walks, bike rides and horse ridding. When 35 Celsius in Paris, it is 25 in my property.

Great property in the 7th arrondissement

Lovely apartment with view of the Eiffel Tower. Everything was as described and pictured and we found the space comfortable. Beautiful artwork throughout. Close to restaurants, metro, etc.

Eric was amazing host. Gave us lots of information ahead of time to plan things out. Location is the perfect spot. We had a heat wave and Eric came to bring us fans without asking…the flat has everything you need. Kitchen was wonderful. The views are spectacular. Restaurants and grocery store are right around the corner.

Truly outstanding!

We had the most wonderful stay at Eric's apartment during our children's spring break. The flat was exactly as described, fully stocked, and suited our family of 6 (two adults, four children ages 4-11) perfectly. It was conveniently located, nearby the Eiffel Tower (with beautiful views of the tower), convenient to the metro, and many restaurants. Eric provided us with very helpful details about the flat and neighborhood, including several delicious restaurants/food shops, in advance. We would highly recommend his place, and would seek to stay here again during our next trio to Paris!

Had a wonderful stay in Paris at this lovely apartment. It is perfectly located within easy walking distance to the Rue Cler, multiple Metro Stations and with a beautiful view of the Eiffel Tower. We were lucky enough to be able to view the Bastille Day fireworks from the comfort of the balconies - but we enjoyed those balconies every other day as well! The apartment is spacious, the art work is beautiful and so much fun, the beds comfortable, and although it was quite hot the week we spent in Paris, we were able to get breeze through the apartment with open windows and quality fans. Eric was so helpful and easy to work with. Truly an exceptional stay. Many thanks!
