Newly remodeled Gulf view condo, sleeps six!

Welcome to the beach! This 12th floor condo has been refreshed and is ready for your next beach vacation. The master offers a king size bed with private bathroom. The bunk room features a full-size bed has a barn door for privacy with access to the guest bath. Living room has a large sleeper sectional sofa. Condo will sleep six comfortably. Enjoy the view of the Gulf of Mexico from the private balcony (sunsets are the best!).

Property has five pools (including a kiddie pool), hot tub, fitness center, putting green, shops and restaurants, a light/water show in the evenings. It is steps from the private access to the beach and is walkable to other restaurants, entertainment, and shopping.

Ample parking is available in the two parking garages. There are seven high speed elevators to serve you.

OH SOOO CLEAN!!! ABSOLUTELY WORTH THE STAY!

My husband & I have stayed at Laketown Wharf several of times! This condo is by far the best one we have had! The person who owns it is absolutely amazing to talk with & is very responsive. This unit is VERY clean! The beds feel brand new & are very comfortable. The showers are nice & big with amazing water pressure. The kitchen has every dish you need to cook with for your family. They even have board games for your family as well as chairs & toys for the beach! One thing I loved the most was all the extra cleaning supplies they had for just in cases! A lot of places I have stayed did not have that. The only thing I can recommend is bigger bath towels from like Target! They have the basic bath towels, which is completely fine, but they don’t wrap around me. When my husband and I come back next year & the years after, this will be our place to stay! We absolutely loved it!

Originally from Tennessee, I've spent my entire adult life in the desert southwest of New Mexico. But I love the beach, it's my happy place. I like sharing my beach condo with other people who also enjoy the sand between their toes and the beautiful Gulf of Mexico salt water.

Why they chose this property

The thing I enjoy the most about the neighborhood, besides the beach, is that there are so many things within walking distance. Groceries, restaurants, nightlife, and family entertainment.

What makes this property unique

Laketown Wharf is known for its amenities. It's got several pools to choose from, a putting green, a water light show at night, and shopping and dining on the property. There's not much need to venture out.
