Great vacation stay

We picked this property for our family vacation. It was a great house for a large group. The golf cart was very convenient to go back and forth to the beach and pool. Communication response from the owner was very quick. It was a great and relaxing week with the family.

Loved the house and location! We had more than enough beds to sleep everyone comfortably. The 6 person golf cart came in handy getting supplies to the beach. The bikes needed a little TLC, however (one bike needs a new bearing). Some end tables and/or coffee table would be nice in living room

Spontaneous Family Vacay!

This beach house is more beautiful in person more than the pictures. Everything that we need for a family vacation is already included. Community is gated and quiet, beach is walkable. Overall stay is great. We wished we to stayed longer.

14 family members stayed at this beautiful house for our summer vacation and everything was excellent. All of us were comfortable because it is spacious. We enjoyed our walks to the beach and the bikes that were at the property. We will stay here again

Perfect for large groups!

My friends and I stayed here for spring break and it could not have been better! The house was extremely clean, roomy, and it was very easy to contact the host when needed. The included golf cart was amazing and made it very easy to get to the beach and stores in the area. On top of that, the neighborhood feels very safe. If you’re looking for somewhere to stay in Miramar, definitely check this place out!

Fishing trip with friends

A group of us needed a place to stay for a weekend fishing trip and this place was perfect. 9 guys and plenty of space for everyone to sleep comfortably. Instructions were incredibly detailed and the place was quiet and immaculate. Distance to the beach was also a short walk; would certainly stay here again!

Great location, good neighborhood and house !

We had a great time here the house was spacious enough for our family really enjoyed the bathrooms in most of each rooms gives everyone privacy. There were a few things not up to par but Jeff was very responsive and accommodating.

Lovely home

This is such a beautiful home with lots of space. Its a gated community. Host was prompt to respond to all queries. The location was amazing. Everything was right in the area. I would definitely book this house again.

A very comfortable and nice place to stay.

We were all very comfortable. All the comforts of being home. The house was clean and neat. We did have one bed that had sea shells between the sheets and really did look like the bed had been slept in. We washed them and all was good. It’s a very nice family vacation place that all was very comfortable in and no one was crowed. If we ever get the chance to do this with our family we would definitely love to stay again.

Destin has always been our favorite beach in the country, and we loved the opportunity to live in a sought-after neighborhood in Villas of Frangista, while being just minutes away by foot from the sugary white sand and clear, emerald-green waters of Miramar Beach. Numerous restaurants, coffee shops and grocery stores are just a 5-minute drive from the property

What makes this property unique

It is a great neighborhood, with pedestrian-friendly and distinct cobblestone roads, surrounded by other beautiful houses. It's the perfect location, as you can walk to the beach and the pool, while being close to the malls, restaurants, and shops.
