Welcome to our beautiful and brand new beach apartment rentals. We’re located ideally in Indian Rocks Beach. The beach is just two minutes away from our property, right across the street, allowing our guest a quick and easy access to enjoy the seaside. Our place is also positioned near great restaurants, bars, coffee shops, boutiques, parks, fishing spots and many other touristic attractions. An excellent spot to enjoy one of the most spectacular sunsets of Florida. Peaceful and restful area.

It was ok

Has a nice kitchen island and the master shower fixture works well. Beach access is just across the street. Unfortunately we visited during red tide and couldn't be on the beach without coughing. The door to this unit doesn't readily open and the electronic device tells you it's stuck. It must be aggressively maneuvered to be opened. That made check-in take longer than it should and the manager never returned my calls to explain the problem. Would have been nice to know the lock quirk in advance.

Great experience!!!

The property was so cute and very close to the beach!!! It was perfect for what we needed it for!! Only complaint was that there were a few big bugs crawling around.

Great Stay!

Property was very nice, clean, and very close to the beach! Was in a quiet neighborhood that was a short walk to some very good restaurants and bars. Hosts were easy to work with, and we were able to store our bags when we arrived early. Would definitely stay here again!

Thanks for the great location it’s easy for our guests to visit the nearby (Less than 40 minutes) cities like Tampa and Sanpete that count with many more beaches and attractions like museums, aquariums, Zoo, famous amusements parks like Busch Gardens and many more things to enjoy.

What makes this property unique

Our place is in a great location! We posses most of the amenities our guest commonly need, beach gear, beach towels, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, toilet paper, paper towels, most common kitchen accessories and appliances, a washer and a dryer, a private rooftop and a shared backyard with a BBQ area, plenty parking space that fit up to four cars which is not common in the area. A parking garage and security cameras outside.
