Come enjoy our Indian Rocks Beach poolside oasis, just a few hundred feet from public beach access - located at the end of our street. You also have beautiful intercoastal water views at the opposite end of our street, where there is a public park area for you to enjoy. The private screened in porch has enough seating for everyone to enjoy the fresh, salty air and overlooks the shared pool area.



This is an open floorplan with the bedrooms off the foyer and living room, making them private from one another. The large master features a king size bed, 2 nightstands, and a dresser with a large flat screen TV. In the hallway to your private attached bathroom, is a spacious walk in closet. directly across from the walk in is the laundry closet with a stackable washer and dryer. The master bathroom features a vanity/sink area with a door separating the shower and toilet area.



The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you would need during your stay. It is brand new and features 3 seats at the breakfast bar, which over looks the dining and living room area. The dining room table has 4 chairs, so together the bar and dining can accommodate every one comfortably.



The living room features a large, queen pull out sectional and faces a flat screen TV. The pullout was enhanced with a 4 inch memory foam mattress for maximum comfort. WIFI info is located on the TV stand in the living room for your convenience.



The guest bedroom and guest bathroom are located in a hallway off the living and dining room. The bathroom has a tub/shower combo and a large vanity sink. The guest bedroom features a queen sized bed, 2 nightstands, a dresser, a flat screen TV, and a closet.



The unit is equipped with all bath towels, bed linens, extra pillows/linens for pullout, beach towels, beach chairs, and an umbrella.



The coffee maker is a Keurig Duo which uses single serve k-cups or a regular ground pot of coffee.



The pool area is shared between a total of 3 units. It features a shared Weber grill, 4 shared lounge chairs, and 4 small dining sets. The pool is cleaned on Thursdays and has a pool cleaner that can be taken out while in use. Grilling utensils are inside of each unit and must be brought back into their designated units after each use.



Other things to note:

LATE CHECK-OUTS & EARLY CHECK-INS: Check-in time is 4PM and checkout time is 11AM. Door codes do not activate until set check-in time. Early access will not be provided without prior approval. Guests who check-in early or checkout past checkout time will charged the additional fee of $50/hr.

There is a security camera facing the driveway that will be on during your stay. Any pets or extra guests seen on property is subject to a charge.
