Welcome to our beautiful and brand new beach apartment rentals. We’re located ideally in Indian Rocks Beach. The beach is just two minutes away from our property, right across the street, allowing our guest a quick and easy access to enjoy the seaside. Our place is also positioned near great restaurants, bars, coffee shops, boutiques, parks, fishing spots and many other touristic attractions. An excellent spot to enjoy one of the most spectacular sunsets of Florida. Peaceful and restful area.

Wonderful Vacation Rental

My family and our friends absolutely loved this rental. The location was perfect! We had a quick walk to the beach and were blocks away from many restaurants and shops. It was a short easy drive to Clearwater, along with the bigger grocery stores. The kitchen was functional and had everything we needed to cook in. The bedrooms were spacious, and we loved the chairs on the multiple balconies so we could sit and read, look out at the water, and sunset. We also loved the upstairs patio where we could watch the sunset, although the beach was so close, we walked there most nights. Catherine was so helpful when we had questions or needed assistance. We really appreciated having her as a resource. We loved that a cooler, chairs, and umbrella were provided for the beach, and added our sandcastle making items to the collection for future guests to use. We ate at Guppy's and had great seafood and love the breakfast at the french bakery. We would rent a home in this complex again.

Amazing property

We absolutely loved our stay. We were a two block walk to the beach. You could see the beach and gulf from the house. This place was perfect for our family get away. Everything was pretty much walking distance which was a plus. The memories made are priceless. Definitely will stay here again. Thank you for the amazing trip!

Love the location!

Great location, roomy layout, and an overall great experience! Quick walk to the beach and super easy check in/out. The only thing I wish was that the floors were a bit cleaner when we got there. Would still stay again! Thank you to the hosts!

Fall Getaway

We had a great time! Everything was clean and well taken care of. The rooftop deck was amazing! This was everything we needed for a short getaway to relax and enjoy the Gulf for a few days. Beach access was very convenient and there was no need to drive to get to it, maybe a 2 minute walk if that.

Thanks for the great location it’s easy for our guests to visit the nearby (Less than 40 minutes) cities like Tampa and Sanpete that count with many more beaches and attractions like museums, aquariums, Zoo, famous amusements parks like Busch Gardens and many more things to enjoy.

What makes this property unique

Our place is in a great location! We posses most of the amenities our guest commonly need, beach gear, beach towels, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, toilet paper, paper towels, most common kitchen accessories and appliances, a washer and a dryer, a private rooftop and a shared backyard with a BBQ area, plenty parking space that fit up to four cars which is not common in the area. A parking garage and security cameras outside.
