Waterville Estates vacation rentals

Such a nice cabin with beautiful woodwork, updated appliances, great location, and all the amenities to go along with it. My family and I slept so good on the comfy beds and pillows. We’re already planning our next stay!

House was great. Nice location, beautiful view and lots to do for everyone at the house. Game room was filled with lots of games. All the rooms including the bedrooms were spacious. Went to Thornton for a baby shower for my niece, the house was big enough for all 7 of us and more. The host has more "extras" in the house than most of the VRBO homes or condos I have rented in the past. The laundry room had extra bed sheets and towels, pantry had extra toilet paper and paper towels. The kitchen had cabinets that had random items in them, coffee, sugar, condiments etc. Can't say enough about this house and host. Will definately stay again.

The condo/townhouse was absolutely lovely, clean, charming. Any amenity you could possibly think of was there. The host was available for questions at any time. Would definitely stay there again

Home was beautiful, clean and modern!Just wanted to mention the property is off the parking lot of the Waterville valley community center. Great if you're looking to use their amenities. But If you're looking for a secluded escape, this may not be it.

This was the perfect spot for a birthday celebration with family and friends. It’s spacious, but cozy just as described. And, the location was great for hiking Welch Dickey and other trails. We loved all the outdoor sitting areas. Access to the community center with swimming pools, hot tub, and sauna was an added bonus!

We had an amazing time at this cozy and clean place in the mountains. My friend and I spent a couple days to ski with our boys. We loved the vicinity to Cannon Mountain, Loon and Waterville Valley. We skied all day, then went to the pool to swim and relax before having an easy hearty meal at home. The house is spacious and we all had a blast. The boys couldn't believe their luck with the x-box in the bears den! I hope we can come back next winter!

House was comfortable and as advertised and the ability to use the community center was great on a day with bad weather. Host was helpful and easy to reach.

This is our home away from home! Love the property and drew is great with communication! Already booked for next year.
