The Stay Was Wonderful!

I had a fantastic stay at this rental house. It was cozy, beautifully decorated, very clean, and had all the amenities I needed. The location was peaceful yet convenient, especially since it is basically in the middle of Wildwood and Cape May. The owner was friendly and helpful. Highly recommended!

Lots of small things done to make the stay better.

They did lots of small things to make the stay better. Spices, cork screws, k-cups, Disney plus, drive thru driveway cool temp when we arrived. It was perfect for what we needed for us to attend the wedding and rehearsal. The house is not new, but everything worked and it was clean.

Good option for families

The size of the house was nice for our family of six. The pool table was fun. The cleaning lady was there cleaning up after a messy group before us when we checked in at 4:00, but she was very sweet. The property manager answered my phone call when I called, which was appreciated. The water pressure in the master bedroom shower was really low, but everything else about the house was nice. We would stay here again.

A good value rental 10 min. from the beach

Overall, we enjoyed our time staying at this vacation rental. It was a good value for our family of 5. The beds were very nice and the pool table was a BIG hit! It's a fairly quiet and more secluded location which is nice. The toaster wasn't working properly and that was replaced the next day. The washing machine worked but unfortunately, the dryer did not heat up and dry our clothes. So that was a big inconvenience. Hopefully, they were able to get it fixed. It's a little bit of a drive to the beach (about 10 min. to Cape May beach, about 15 min. to Wildwood, about 25 min. to Stone Harbor).

Definitely not as advertised

Communicated with owner to state the following: 1.) property was not as advertised 2.) grill was filthy and unusable 3.) backyard was in terrible condition 4.) bedsheets were dirty upon arrival 5.) sunroom was filthy and had broken doors

Hi Michael, I am sorry that you felt that way, But just to clarify a few things- 1. That’s a vague statement please be precise what wasn’t as described 2. Grill is responsibility of the guest to clean and if it was dirty all you have to do is call/text us during your stay 3. That’s not a correct statement- We clean and maintain our backyard every 2 Weeks 4. What you’re referring to is mosquito screen and not doors. Additionally- We have been hosting for over 2 Years and have over 110 reviews(avg 4.94/5 combined on all platforms) and it’s the first time someone is unhappy with our property. ** This is a very old tactic to give bad review at the end of the stay and receive somewhat of a refund. Great summer getaway property

Highly recommend this house! I stayed here with friends for 4 nights & it was perfect for the occasion. It is tucked away on a quiet back road that is not too busy. It is in a perfect location as the beach was a 10 minute drive, shopping center/town was 5 mins down the road, & it was a 20 minute drive to wildwood for the boardwalk. The house itself was very modern inside & the pool table was a great addition. There were no issues w the property that affected us directly, however there were a few little things that could use a fix. As stated in previous reviews, the mosquito screen in the sunroom was broken & just leaning against the door. The sunroom is made up of sliding glass doors & almost half of them didn’t lock. Lastly, some blinds or curtains in the living room would be beneficial for general privacy purposes. Overall this property earns 5 stars from me & was great for our summer getaway. I would definitely stay again.

Bachelorette Bash - So Much Fun!

Overall, this property was great! It was in a great location and fit our party of 6 very well. Check in was easy and the property manager was very communicative and easy to reach. The only small (very small!) critique was there were only a few rolls of toilet paper available and we had to search through all the cupboards and drawers to find the toiletries listed originally. And there were no paper towels. We managed without them and I know if we had asked we probably could have got some, but we were here for such a brief time we didn’t. It just would have been nice to have that stocked. The bedding was fresh and clean and there were extra blankets available, and the air conditioning was beautifully cool with this heat. We would have loved some outdoor furniture to maybe sit in with the fire place, but we had a great time with the lovely kitchen and comfy living room area. The mattresses were SO comfortable, we all kept trying to find the tags to see what brand! Overall we loved this place and it was just what we needed for our bachelorette weekend in Cape May!! Thank you so much for sharing this beautiful house.

Good option in Cape May with room for improvement

Location is good, in between downtown Cape May and Wildwood. Pictures are accurate, house is modern and pretty quiet (neighbor played a little music but not too late). Pool table is nice. Issues: 1) Only 1 partial roll of toilet paper provided in each bathroom. Contacted the owner, they said there should be more, but there was none after looking everywhere. Had to run out and buy our own since the owner didn’t respond/offer to drop some off 2) Found a nice large clump of hair in the sheets of the master bed. They may need a new cleaning service 3) General lack of maintenance. Slow water filter mentioned in another review still not changed. Broken screen in sunroom mentioned in another review still broken. Messy backyard mentioned in another review still messy, with trash strewn about. Light out in the kitchen. Scuffed walls that should be Mr Cleaned or touched up. Worn thinning sheets (and made out of a material that made you uncomfortably hot/sweat) 4) Poor water pressure in the shower 5) Bathrooms just ok. No pictures for a reason - shower/bath are those cheap 1 piece plastic structures. Old shower curtain wasn’t pleasant Overall a decent stay, and most of these issues can be fixed with minimal effort/expense so hopefully they will. And no I’m not writing this to get a refund, it’s an honest review to benefit future travelers.

Very Comfortable Stay

We were very happy with the property. Clean and modern inside. Used the fireplace outside. Plenty of places to bike to and minutes away from everything you may need. We stayed here while participating in a family reunion. Owner (Rameez) is quick to respond and very helpful. Highly recommend this house!

Bear Foot Country Festival

Good property, however, I would suggest a few improvements: -Fix the filtered water in the fridge. It takes 5 minutes to fill a cup -More plates, frying pans, a toaster would be beneficial. Outside of these minor adjustments, the property is wonderful and convenient for a family.

COMPLETELY RELAXED!

EXTREMELY PEACEFUL THE ENTIRE WEEK, HOUSE IS AWAY FROM HEAVY CROWD TRAFFIC. EVERYTHNG WAS JUST MINUTES AWAY IN EITHER DIRECTION. VERY CLEAN AND VERY WELL PUT TOGETHER. WE WOULD STAY HERE AGAIN FOR SURE!
