The 2nd floor offers 3 bedrooms (2queen beds and 1 full size bunk bed) and full bath. In addition, the 2nd floor presents another living space with TV and pullout sofa.
Plenty of room for cozy family gatherings! The townhouse is conveniently located within a short drive to Lewes or Rehoboth Beach, easy access to outlets, restaurants, and Cape Henlopen State Park.

Beautiful Home

This is our 3rd time staying in Lewes at this property. We love the location, how beautiful inside and out it is, all the amenities that a family of 7 could ask for. Very easy to reserve through VRBO. We have never had to reach out to the host for anything. This property is immaculate! We look forward to coming back next year in 2024! Thank you Maksym!!!

The property was exactly what I wanted for a family get together. Everyone loved the house and Maksym always replied quickly to any questions & was extremely cooperative and understanding. The house included everything you would need and more! I would definitely rent this property again. Thanks Maksym!!

Exceeded our expectations!

I stayed here 3 weeks ago with my husband and our 5 kids. The house is even more beautiful and spacious than what is shown in the pictures! We brought so much that we didn't even need because on top of being immaculate, it was extremely well stocked! Check in process was very easy, communication with owner was top notch. We had a small issue with the dyer and he was there within minutes to resolve it. Very respectful and even treated us as if he was coming into "our home". I would recommend this place to anyone! We had the time of our lives here and did not want to leave! The travel guide he left was awesome and helped us find stuff to do with the kids. It is close to 3 beaches -Lewes, Cape Henlopen and Rehoboth, which we went to all 3. A trip we will remember forever !!

Lewes Family Vacation Tradition

Our family has traveled to Lewes since 2016. This is our 2nd time staying at this location. It is absolutely one of the best rental we have experienced. Not only is it well equipped, clean and spacious it’s our home away from home- just beautiful! The owner is accommodating and punctual in responding and making sure we are well taken care of. This will be our family tradition for many years to come. Thank you Maksym for making our family vacation wonderful!
