This was our second stay and we just love this house! Easy beach access, lovely views, great covered deck and plenty of space for our group. Management team is responsive and super easy to work with. Highly recommend!!

We had an amazing time! The view of the ocean and morning sunrise were stunning. Our kids loved swimming in the ocean, volleyball on the beach, sitting in the hot tub. The home had everything we needed. The property manager was very responsive with a couple of questions we had. Our kids want to return for a two week stay instead of one.

Marvelous, well stocked property at beautiful beach location. So convenient to amenities. The house was immaculate and had everything needed for a perfect vacation. Our teens appreciated the beach items available and the privacy of the rooms/baths on the second floor. All around perfect beach location.

Perfect get-away on the beach

This trip was a short stay , that being said we will be back for an extended stay. Perfect location and the house is so tastefully done. The added access to the upstairs balcony enhanced the stay even more enjoyable. If you’re looking for an upscale stay with all the amenities, this is the place !

This home was incredible! It was gorgeous, super clean, the location was perfect! The property manager was super easy to communicate with and clean up was unbelievably easy! We will stay here again and again!

We traveled with 7 kids and 5 adults and fit comfortably in this home! The master upstairs was big enough to accommodate the normal bed, two pack and plays the twin bed that is already in there so that was nice. There is a large storage area in the laundry room off of the downstairs master where you can put your luggage and coolers, you’ll also find laundry baskets there! Appreciated all of the beach towels and fully stocked garage filled with toys, beach items—including nice chairs and canopy! The hot tub and fire pit were huge hits with the older kids in our group as well. Of note there is no outdoor shower but there is an area to rinse off before heading upstairs. There is also no pantry so we ended up using the tv trays they have in the kitchen to put everything on along a wall in the dining room. I know that’s not a big deal for some but we cooked every meal so that was one of the biggest draw backs for us. We would definitely stay again! Loved how all of the rooms opened up to a deck. Very clean and spacious. Thanks for a great stay!

Sister trip to Galveston

Perfect location. Right on the beach. Views were spectacular. House was super. Very clean. Loved the chairs on balcony that were high enough to see over railing. All conviences were close by. Going have to bring grandbabies next time. Will book again.

Absolutely Incredible

The house was exactly what was expected and really better. The house was clean and stocked well for a beach location. I loved having access to all the beach towels. The storage room came in very handy and beach access was easy. We plan to come back next year and rent here again. We had 9 people in our group!

Great Summer Get Away

Beautiful, clean and quiet. We had 10 people in our group and there was more than enough space. The house is immaculate. The views of the ocean are beautiful. You just walk out the little fenced gate directly to the ocean. It is next to public beach access but this was not a problem whatsoever. Couldn’t have been more pleased!

Weekend getaway

We had a wonderful time at this house. All amenities were as expected and more and the location is unbeatable. Good and fast communication from property owner. We had little kids and there were fun games and many sand toys for them to use along with boogie boards. Would definitely go back again. Only concern I had was we could feel the beds move at night which meant the house was swaying. I assume all inspections have been completed and the house passed.

Regular coffee machine!

Nice, clean, spacious house right on the beach. I love that there was a regular coffee machine. I usually bring my own machine, not a pod fan. They also have pod machines for the pod lover. =o) The beds were comfy too.

Wonderful views!

We had 13 of us staying with all ages from adult to baby. The listing says sleeps 14 but 2 of those are on the couch bed in the family room which was fine but heads up. We appreciated the high chairs, baby gates and porta crib they had available. We also loved that there were chairs, beach toys, a wagon, and beach towels for us to use. We stayed in dec when it was cooler and we were so excited to find a house with a hot tub. The beach was so close and the sunrise was beautiful. TVs in each bedroom. We had some unique requests and the prop mngr was very helpful and responsive. We would definitely stay here again!
