About this property

Cuoridilatta is the ideal home for those who want to fully enjoy the beauties of southern Sardinia in every season. The spaces are large, airy and very bright. The house is designed for groups of friends or families who like to explore the beautiful beaches of the east coast and discover the naturalistic and archaeological treasures of the area. The house is independent and has a large garden courtyard. On the ground floor we find the equipped kitchen, with a working fireplace and the dining room where 12 people can comfortably eat together. Also on the ground floor we have a sitting room where you can relax and a very large bathroom with shower and bathtub. on the first floor we have three bedrooms and a splendid terrace overlooking a fresh orange grove

Posizione strategica!

Ci siamo trovati molto bene nella proprietà di Licia, gentilissima e sempre disponibile a consigliarci i posti migliori da visitare. La casa è a due piani, gli ambienti sono molto spaziosi sia dentro che nella zona esterna. Un solo bagno potrebbe risultare scomodo per 9 persone ma alla fine basta un attimo di organizzazione! Per il parcheggio in strada mai avuto problemi! Comodissimi anche i due supermercati vicini e la pizzeria di fronte alla casa. Ottima la posizione, Villaputzu si trova vicino alle spiagge più belle di Costa Rei, Castiadas e Villasimius. Consiglio questa struttura! Grazie ancora a Licia per l’ospitalità

Ruhiges altes Haus mit Innenhof

Das Haus ist für eine Großfamilie mit Kindern ideal; die Küche, das Esszimmer und das Wohnzimmer sind sehr geräumig und gut ausgestattet. Die Betten und Matratzen sind in Ordnung, die Ventilatoren funktionieren einwandfrei. Einziges Manko ist, dass es nur ein großes Bad mit einem WC gibt, was bei älteren Erwachsenen etwas problematisch sein kann. Und wenn man nachts raus muss, führt der Weg dorthin vom ersten Stock runter ins Erdgeschoss. Gastgeberin Lizia ist sehr hilfsbereit und nett - wie ihre 86-jährige Mutter.

The events of life and work have been taking us around Italy for many years. and now, after so much wandering, we have discovered that it is very important for us to share the great amount of beauty, colors and scents of our land. We love and would like tourism that is attentive to the environment, which is a sharing of slow paths in nature, a sustainable encounter with Sardinia, made up of discoveries that respect nature, traditions and man.

Why they chose this property

this house has belonged to our family for generations, the central nucleus of the house dates back to 1700, so many stories and many lives have followed one another within these walls and in this courtyard. And each generation has expanded the spaces, renovating the rooms, bringing its mark. The house as it is today dates back to 1960 and this is how we have always known it

What makes this property unique

this house is very important to us, it has always been part of our life and the life of our grandmothers. We grew up, played as little girls and laughed in this courtyard and our memories are ingrained here. Its unique light in the morning, the scent of the garden and the lemon tree in bloom, the tranquility of the afternoons, the evening breeze are a precious treasure for us.
