Relax and enjoy the experience of the hot sun, white sand and clear waters of the Gulf of Mexico. The view from the 7th floor balcony allows the greatest beginning and end to any day from watching the dolphins at sunrise to the most beautiful sunsets to end a perfect day.

All Spring, Summer and Fall rentals are from Saturday to Saturday ONLY

This location sleeps with 1 king size bedroom and a pullout sleeper sofa.

This place is what you are looking for if you want a beach view because we were just 10 yards from the water at night you can hear the waves, as to the apartment, everything were comfortable and clean it had all of the utensils you needed and the king size bed perfect. Pensacola Fla is very close and Alabama. I highly recommend this place very safe and nice peoples visit 4 Nov - 9 Nov 2025, we will come again for sure.

We had the best stay for fall break. The host was super helpful and place was very clean. Good local restraunts nearby as well. Would definitely recommend!

This was so clean and uncomfortable! It is a great location. There is easy access to a wonderful beach and super fun pool. I've stayed in many different buildings in the area. This was so impressive. We will definitely rent this unit again.

This was a wonderful condo for my solo beach trip. It was clean and quiet. No issues at all. The view from the balcony was so nice. Also, some nice restaurants were within walking distance. I will definitely be back!

Perfect!

The condo was exactly as described. It was very clean and in a great location. The beach was only a short elevator ride and a few steps away. The kitchen was fully stocked and I was able to cook several nights. The view from the balcony was beautiful! We walked across the street to get ice cream a couple nights. The place was wonderful and convenient. The owner was very responsive and helpful throughout our stay.

This place is amazing—it looks exactly like the pictures. The kitchen is amazingly well stocked and the appliances are immaculate. The view is wonderful. We had a great time. Jack is super helpful! We will be back!

Perfect Beach Vacation Spot

A hidden gem on the emerald coast. Great views from the condo. Can't beat the price and the beach is not over crowded. Definitely coming back.

Nice, modern & clean!

We really enjoyed this property. The building itself is under construction so there was only one working elevator and some parking spots blocked off for the construction crew. It didn’t affect our stay. The condo was super clean and really nice and modern. The view was spectacular. We will forsure stay here again.

We had a wonderful time.. view from balcony was beautiful.. property was clean with everything we needed. We love Perdido Key
 good reasonable priced restaurants.. I would like to suggest having an empty cabinet in kitchen for those who bring food to have there .

Great stay at Perdido Skye Condo

The condo itself was great. The building needs work. The pool deck is bad. The gates getting to the beach desperately need to be replaced. There is no security to keep anyone out of the pool or access to the beach that is not a guest or resident. The building was under renovation at the time and the contractor was taking up so many of the parking spaces that there was not enough parking for those staying there.
