About this property

One Block to the Beach w/ a Private HEATED Pool.

Built in 2018, this home is bright, fresh, clean and only steps away to the famous emerald coast of Panama City Beach. The palm tree lined backyard combined with the sparkling saltwater, color changing heated pool is the perfect oasis for relaxation. The 5 true bedrooms (including 2 master suites) allow for 16 guests to sleep comfortably while having plenty of space and privacy. Each bedroom is also outfitted with a large smart TV and access to a full bathroom except for the bunk room.

The chef's kitchen is open to the living room and features high-end stainless appliances, quartz countertops, 42" cabinets, complete with all basic cooking and baking essentials, and an island with seating for 3. The main level is extremely open and perfect for a large family with 60" TV in the living room and a dining room table that seats 8.

Step outside and soak up the sun in the lounge chairs on the paver patio or relax in the shade under the covered porch with a 60" TV. The outdoor entertainment area also includes a BBQ grill along with table and seating to enjoy a night out by the pool.

To make your stay more convenient, the washer and dryer allows you to have fresh laundry throughout your stay. There is also a pool safety alarm as a safety precaution for children, a shower out by the pool, and a rinsing station on the side of the house to rinse off sandy toes and toys. Located by the front door is a Ring doorbell. You will have access to the garage and private driveway for parking.

Baseball week

We stayed for my son’s baseball tournament and had a great week with extended family. Location was amazing with just a short 5 min walk to the beach. Kitchen was well stocked and plenty of towels for a large group. The beds were very comfortable too! We also appreciated the beach wagon and umbrellas. Highly recommend!

Great location to the beach and nice pool on the property. Had a few minor issues but they were resolved very quickly. The home is beautiful. We do, however, feel like it was a little over priced.

Baseball World Series 2023

This house was perfect for 3 families playing in the Ripken World Series. Each family had their own room and the kids all stayed in the bunk room. We walked to the beach everyday and went swimming in the pool at night. Great house perfect location.

An excellent work vacation

We had a chance to include our families on a work trip to Panama Beach and wanted to have a house that would provide some fun and relaxation. This was better than we could have asked for. The home is amazing, clean and comfortable. The location is perfect with an outstanding beach just a short walk. We could not have been happier and if we get a chance to return will rent this home again for sure. The owners were accommodating and just simply outstanding. This property met every expectation and more.

Great house and pool...close to beach!

The house was quite spacious and nicely decorated in contemporary furnishings. Sofa and beds were comfortable. Backyard pool was super and that has now become a necessity for us! We rented a golf cart, so getting to the beach was quite easy. (I had foot surgery a month ago, so walking to the beach was not an option for me, but my adult children walked at times) Thanks for a great week!
