We'd like to thank Sybil for being a perfect guest. She is a great communicator and left our house in perfect shape. Others should feel comfortable hosting her and we'd welcome the opportunity to do so again.
This lovely Portland home is excellent, lovely, comfortable, well equipped. The few times we needed help in our 2-month stay, they responded immediately. Also, the location is in a pleasant neighborhood with excellent shops and restaurants. A wonderful place!

It was a pleasure to host David's son Matt and his mother Jackie while they stayed in our home. They treated our house with care and left it in beautiful condition. Happy to have them back anytime.
This prime location made for a fantastic home away from home within walking distance of many great spots in beautiful Beaumont. We felt right at home and found everything we needed at hand in this lovely bungalow. The hosts were gracious and responsive, and we would definitely stay again!

Angela and her family were great communicators right from the start. They were fun and easy guests who took great care of our home. And now Angela is my husband's "Boomtown Rats" sistah! :) Happy to host them anytime!
I had a great stay at this property in Portland and would definitely recommend it with just a minor caveat. The location was fantastic—quiet but still close to downtown, making it easy to explore the city. The space itself was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything we needed, including a fully stocked kitchen and cozy beds.
The host was friendly and communicative, providing helpful tips about the area. I also appreciated the thoughtful touches, like local coffee and restaurants. All within walking distance.
However, the only downside was that the house was older and had some very steep stairs to the second floor, which can be difficult for older or very young people.
Overall, it was a wonderful experience, and I’d definitely stay here again.

Thank you so much for that wonderful review! We live there much of the time, so we’re personally flattered by your assessment. You were perfect guests and took wonderful care of the property. Of course, we would welcome you to stay again.
We booked Julie's wonderful house for my family who were camped out for two months to spend time with their grandchildren. Could not have asked for a better situation all-around for this multi-generational visit. My 98 year-old grandmother was able to sleep comfortably on the first floor and my folks were plenty comfortable upstairs. The location is really incredible; walking distance to everything you'd want to do in Beaumont, and within close range to two wonderful parks.
Julie was very responsive to communication, getting back to me almost immediately if I had a question, and her long-term tenants are lovely and were also helpful as well. Thanks for everything!!

Ari's family stayed almost two months at our house this summer. This was our first VRBO experience and it was great. The communication before, during and after their stay was always personable, polite and considerate. They took great care of our home and I would welcome them back anytime.
If you’re like us, when you see a bunch of ten ratings, you go right to the lowest rating to discover any hidden flaws. In this case, as you can see, the lower rating doesn’t cite any flaws, because there were none. This guest decreased our perfect score because she was unhappy the claim made against her, due to her having moved our furniture around the house, which damaged our 100-year-old wooden floors (which she later admitted). Her accommodation was as attentive and gracious as the guests who provided us with a rating of ten. Host her at your own risk.
