This amazing waterfront unit enjoys river views from every room. It comes with everything you need to get away from home, whether to work or play. Easily sleeps four and we have brand new king size beds!

There is a desk area with both wired and wireless internet if you need to use your laptop on the go. High end touches grace the living area and everything you need for a long or short stay is in this unit....Even a washer and dryer!

Many vacation rentals forget the details. Our unit also has an ironing board, blow dryer, blue ray DVD player. We have everything you need.....Just bring clothes and food! We even have spices, sugar, coffee.

Relax on the private decks.

Want to see the sights? Jog down the river front trail to Saturday market, or cross the foot bridge over union station and grab the green line light rail train....Anywhere you want to go! Portland is a pedestrian and bike friendly city....So no car required.

Have a car anyway? We have free, covered, assigned parking in our historic market building on site, a grocery store and pizza restaurant, for those days you just feel like hanging out at home.

Why owner/property manager chose Downtown

We purchased this lovely unit recently and decided to share it with relatives, friends and other people. Hope all of you will enjoy our place as much as we do.

We are sure you will not be disappointed.

What makes this condo unique

When we first saw this place we did fall in love with it since it has a river view from every room. Drinking our first cup of coffee on the deck is what we enjoy the most. Being close to the Pearl District is another advantage, specially when we feel like eating out we just walk over to the Pearl District or down town and try one of the restaurants there. If we want to see a show or a play or a movie we do the same.

We have always enjoyed the Saturday Market and the Farmers Market which is also walking distance from the condo. We hope you will enjoy the place as much as we do.

Downtown Portland Gem

We are just finishing a stay at the lovely condo here on the Williamette River. The location is ideal for accessing everything in Portland. The condo is lovely, clean and quiet. You could hear a train whistle way off in the distance every now and then but it didn't bother us one bit. The free covered parking space was an added bonus. We would definitely stay here again!

As Nice and Convenient as it Sounds!

Sunny's condo and its location were just as advertised on this site and I highly recommend making a reservation. The place provided a great set up (a bedroom and bathroom on each of the two floors, a nice well working kitchen with d/w, plenty of towels and toiletries, a washer & dryer, etc.), nice view of the Willamette River, little extras as a welcome, perfect location for public transportation, fun neighborhoods in walking distance for restaurants and cocktails, scenic walks along the river, and even a bar and grocery store could not be more conveniently located in the complex. We wanted for nothing. Even parking was a bonus, and the complex was very quiet so no disturbances. And we felt safe.

Finally, Sunny was responsive to my inquiries before and after the trip - all around a five-star experience; I would stay there again.

As an aside - and as other reviewers have pointed out - you can definitely hear the nearby trains every so often throughout the day and night, but it is not obnoxious and did not wake me, so it just depends on your preferences. I personally kind of liked it. I would not let the train sound stop you from renting this place, especially b/c you are probably not going to be around that often as Portland is a great place to visit!

Walkable Portland

This condo was perfect to have our family visit Portland. You can walk everywhere. It is well appointed and has nice river views. The owner goes above and beyond to help you have a good experience.

Just Right!

This condo is beautifully located right on the Willamette river near the Pearl District and downtown. It is wonderfully appointed with everything needed for a traveler looking for options other than hotels. We had a great time walking to many of the great Portland restaurants and theaters. It does not feel like you are staying in someone else's home. The owner is responsible and very pleasant to work with. A parking space is provided - an asset. My only advice is that if you don't like the sounds of trolleys and trains, this may not suit you. The noise is not bad and the association has a strict sound policy. It is actually very peaceful! We very much enjoyed the ambience of a vibrant city. We look forward to our next stay there in the future!

Great location for a visit to Portland

We wanted to visit Portland but not be in a single room or even suite at a hotel for a week. This was so much better than a hotel. First of all it is located on the river with 2 decks to enjoy the view. At the end of a long day of touring Portland, we relaxed with a great view of the river and complementary chocolates. Second, it was convenient to the light rail and trolley and the train station. Secure, reserved parking is available but we just used Uber and mass transit and bikes we rented down the street to get around. Third, a small grocery is adjacent to the property and 2 larger ones a walk-able distance. Fourth, the apartment is comfortable, up-to-date and large enough to accommodate 2 couples. Fifth, walk down the steps and turn right on the walking/jogging/biking river trail and in a few minutes you are in downtown Portland.

The apartment complex is generally quiet, but you do hear the sounds of the city, primarily trains and boats on the river. You are right in the city so this is expected. Each morning in good weather we had coffee complements of the owner on the deck and watched and heard the rowing crews as they went by on the river.

Perfect downtown location right on the river!

This place was perfect for me, with easy access to transportation and lovely riverside walks, so much beauty and never-ending choices of sightseeing, food, music, weekend market, famous Powell's bookstore, etc. Loved being situated between two of the bridges.

Sunita was pleasant and accommodating, always happy to answer my questions. Her place was spacious and clean with comfortable beds. Much nicer than any hotel for sure.
