This newly renovated penthouse condo is located on Cayman Islands Seven Mile Beach with spectacular ocean & resort pool views. This highly-upgraded 2 bedroom, 2-bath is on the 3rd floor (only 2 flights of stairs) and accommodates 6 people. It’s tastefully decorated with vaulted ceilings & contemporary style. It’s equipped with sofa bed, AC, new appliances, smart televisions & free WiFi. The luxury outdoor seating on the 28ft long balcony makes the perfect spot for relaxing & watching sunset

The space
This unit feels especially spacious because of the Amazing vaulted ceilings and bright open floorplan with fantastic light natural light. The large balcony with views of the ocean and pool is a great spot to end the day with a good book or glass of wine!

There are many nearby restaurants and an on site pool bar (food and drinks) for extra convenience.

To prospective guests: A new Hyatt Centric Hotel is being built behind our complex on the street Construction will commence in September 2026 with completion scheduled for the end of 2028 Our complex, Sunset Cove Condominiums, is a completely separate entity and will be fully operational during this period. We are located on the beach with all our own amenities, including a large tropical pool, kiddie wading pool, hot tub and swim up pool bar. Every effort is being made to coordinate with the new hotel and we anticipate minimal disruption to our guests. In consideration of the construction pricing has been adjusted to accommodate for any possible inconveniences.
Our prices include all fees. No hidden fees.

The rocky cove was nice because it protected from the waves on a windy day and also snorkeling around the manmade cove made it easy to see fish close to shore. Nice big balcony from the room. Also bigger size pool area with a swim up bar and surprisingly good food available as well.

We loved this 2 br condo. It was exactly as advertised and fit our family well. It was so nice having the kitchen and laundry. Location was great, especially the cove where we floated in the warm water without floating away! Beach area was also great, lots of sand (thanks to the cove). I would definitely stay here again.

What makes this property unique

There is an amazing protected cove the only one on 7 Mile beach, it makes for a nice sandy bottom and quiet swimming area free of waves and any potential watercraft! Very safe for swimmers and bathers of all levels!
