Welcome to SUNRISE ON LAKE IDYLWILD! This home has something special for everyone in your family. This beautifully decorated lake house is located on the Chain of Lakes at Lake Idylwild and is the very definition of lake living. Lake Idylwild connects with 18 of the Chain of Lakes with its own private dock. This stunning lake house offers spacious outdoor areas with beautiful views. If you’d like to bring your own boat or jet skis, there is a public ramp less than 1 mile from the home at the Lake Cannon Public Park. We have two kayaks for your enjoyment - one special fishing kayak and one regular kayak. For those with boats, there are several restaurants & bars accessible on the lake, great fishing and you can boat to Legoland for the Cypress Gardens ski show. If you would like to rent a boat, we can offer recommendations. This home has many coastal touches you would expect to find in a model home. This home has 3 bedrooms and 2 full baths. The master is beautifully updated with a King bed and en suite shower. One guest bedroom is equipped with a crib and changing table and two twin beds. The second guest room with a queen bed & is across from the second full bath. The study/office area has a desk, monitor & printer for those that are working remotely. The study also has a sofa/futon that can sleep one person comfortably. Whether it’s an evening dinner cooked in the gourmet kitchen and served at the gorgeous wooden table with seating for 10 featuring a handcrafted light fixture full of charm or a relaxing night on the dock with BBQ from the propane grill, you have options. The Florida-style enclosed patio has lots of extra indoor space for everyone to enjoy a game of pool, foosball or trying some of your favorite cocktails at the new Tiki bar or just kick back and relax. The dock provides an opportunity for fishing or just watching the boats pass by.- all the makings for a memorable summer vacation!
There is no shortage of fun things to do here. You are only an 8 minute ride to downtown Winter Haven to enjoy some of the great restaurants. If it's Legoland fun with the family, you're only a short 7.5 miles from the park. You can also definitely enjoy the relaxed lake lifestyle while still being only 60 minutes from Disney, Busch Gardens, Universal Studios & Sea World.
