Centrally located in the heart of silicon valley. We are within walking distance (less than 10 min) to lots of great restaurants and beautiful Municipal Rose Garden!
With a short drive (less than 10 min), you can get onto I-880, I-280 and Hwy 17, Santana Row / Westfield Mall, The Alameda, Downtown San Jose / Campbell / Willow Glen, San Jose Airport, Caltrain Station .
We are committed to make sure your stay is enjoyable so please don't hesitate to reach out!
The space
COVID SAFETY: We will provide hand soap and sanitizer in the bathroom and disposable masks (free of charge). If you want us to sanitize the entire unit with ozone, please let us know in advanced and additional 1 hour cleaning time. This could potentially delay the checkin time by a hour or so.
Welcome to our renovated guest suite (it is attached to the main house) facing our amazing courtyard surrounded by fruit trees. The measurement of the suite is 14’10” x 9’5”, but it has its own private entrance through the courtyard (nothing is shared), luxurious oversized bathroom with travertine tile, Sealy Posturepedic Queen size bed, workspace, wardrobe, AC, brand new smart TV, fast mesh network WiFi (~120Mbps), Whole House Premium Water (drinkable water drink any tap), fridge, microwave and a snack bar with K-cup / coffee brewer, etc.
Your bathroom is fully equipped with fresh towels and toiletries for your use.
While we do vacuum and mop the floor every single time, but we don’t require guests / cleaning crews to take off their shoes while in the suite. Therefore, we don’t recommend going barefoot in the suite.
You will be able to self check-in, but please confirm your reservation and checkin instruction beforehand, especially when you plan to checkin really late - we might be at sleep.
An unique virtual key will be generated automatically for the duration of your stay. The key will be valid starting at 3:00pm of the check-in date and expired at 11:00am on the check-out date.
To ensure we have a safe and secure place for everyone staying with us. Your door will be automatically locked in 30 seconds. The property is equipped with video surveillance 24/7. Make sure to put down the correct number of guest who will be staying with you in the reservation and informed us through Airbnb app who will be visiting you during your stay in advanced.
Any unsolicited visitors will be considered trespassing, thanks for your understanding!
Guest access
My family mainly occupied the front side of the house, so all guests will enter through the driveway. The guest suites are located under the porch, will have its own private entrance with digital key lock. To access the keypad, cover your lock to wake up the lock, enter the pin and press (the checkmark). Wait for the lock to retract, then enter the suite. Then close the door, and turn the knob to the left (it will automatically lock as well), so the door is locked.
Please always check the lock of the door when you leave. To lock the door, press any key on the keypad, you will hear the lock engage. The door is locked.
NOTE: We are currently adding a tiny guest house (160 sf) at the back of the property (you won't see it till you are in the courtyard), so we may have to move some materials through the courtyard between 9a-5p during the week. Sorry for any potential inconvenience we cause, but we will do our best to keep the common area clean and minimize any interruptions.
