This top-floor, renovated studio condominium is just steps away from Snowmass Ski Area and a short walk from shops and restaurants in the Village Mall. Enjoy your own private balcony or cozy up in front of your own personal wood-burning fireplace after a full day of skiing or hiking. To relax, take advantage of our on-site, two-tier hot tubs. This studio features a king bed and a queen, pull-out sofa, sleeping up to four people comfortably.

Laurelwood 308 is located right off Snowmass Mountain, featuring incredible ski-in, ski-out access. Located in the heart of Snowmass Village, you are steps away from the Village Mall, the free bus route that goes back and forth into Aspen, hiking & biking trails and much more.

Guests will have sole access to their condo for the duration of their stay. Check-in time is 4:00pm, check-out time is 10:00am. Early check-ins and late check-outs are subject to availability and must be approved by Laurelwood front desk. On-site at Laurelwood, there are two tiered hot tubs available for guest use, which is a great way to unwind after a full day of skiing or hiking.

Parking is owned by the town of Snowmass Village, and is a charge of $20.00/day during ski season only. Other times of the year, parking is free. During winter you will need to purchase a parking pass from the front desk upon arrival.

On-site at Laurelwood, there are several coin operated washer/dryers available for use. Detergent is available for purchase at the front desk, or you may bring your own. All linens, towels, hot tub towels are provided, and you can request more as needed. Please note, this property does not have A/C but a box fan is provided in the bedroom closet and it is highly effective in cooling the room down quickly.

We have a full-service front desk team that operates from 8:00am-9:00pm during the summer & winter seasons and 8:00am-5:00pm in the off-season. Our team is here to assist you with all requests to make sure your stay is the best it can be! In case of emergencies, we have an afterhours emergency answering service that guests can call to get in touch with an on-site manager. We are here to make your stay one to remember!

Summer Weekend Getaway

This was the perfect spot for a couple on a weekend getaway. The bed was super comfortable, lovely balcony with a view of the aspens, and was a great location to come back to after hiking the Maroon Bells and getting in the hot tub after a long day!

Cozy studio for family of 4

This property was exactly as expected and described. The onsite managers were excellent with help navigating airport transportation and general questions. The space was clean, comfortable and did not feel overly small for a family of 4 (two young kids). Quietly tucked away in Snowmass with a short walk to the mall and loved the shuttle transportation right outside the property. Highly recommend and hope to stay again next trip!

Great place to stay

A very clean an nicely furnished apartement, very quiet and beatiful location. We liked the hot pot (open until 9 pm) and specialy the kind staff and magager, how made a earlier leaving possible (we had to catch a flight the next day in Denver). Great thanks to the staff! Roger+Doris

First trip to Snowmass

We loved this condo and would love to return. The convenience to the mountain, lovely outdoor hot tubs, and coziness and cleanliness of the unit were superb. We also really enjoyed making meals and playing games by the wood burning fireplace. Thanks for sharing your unit!

Great Location in Snowmass

Loved the location and all of the free shuttle and gondola transportation! The condo looked a little more outdated than expected. Somehow it looks older in person than it does in the pictures. Especially the bathroom. But overall we were happy with it. The front staff was extremely friendly and helpful.

Almost Perfect

The condo is very pretty with beautiful views and cosy balcony. The property is five stars for sure. But there is major construction going on very nearby. It’s noisy! They don’t tell you this in the listing because we were in the 400s and they only list it for the 300s, as they are closer to the sight. But I would not have rented has i’d known and I think this is unfair not to list. So if you want quiet ask in advance if construction is done. If yes, stay!!

We do communicate the construction in our pre-arrival information, and just to clarify, the construction is on the 400 side of the building from a nearby property, so it’s unfortunately out of our control.
