Condo in Keystone Overlooking Snake River; Scenic Mountain and River Views!

This new 1-bedroom, 1-bathroom luxury condo sleeps 4 with a king bed and a queen-sized sleeper sofa. Clearwater Lofts is a brand new complex near Lakeside Village in Keystone and only a half mile to the Mountain House ski lifts. Enjoy the free Keystone shuttle directly to the ski resort’s Peru Express Chairlift or ride your bike on the recreation path from Clearwater’s front door all the way to Lake Dillon and the surrounding towns. Clearwater Lofts also offers two shared outdoor hot tubs for guest use.

Upon entry guests will find themselves in the open-concept kitchen, dining, and living area. The entryway has a bench and mounted hooks for your convenience while coming and going throughout the day. Just past the entryway you will find a modern washer and dryer in the hallway closet. The kitchen is fully stocked with all the essential cookware and tableware to make a meal away from home and features quartz countertops and new appliances. The kitchen also has a breakfast bar with seating for three.

The living area offers mountain views, cozy furnishings, and a mounted Smart TV. Cozy up by the stacked stone fireplace and watch a movie as the snow falls. Additionally, The couch pulls-out into a queen sleeper sofa for extra sleeping arrangements. Additional sheets and blankets are stored in the closet. The balcony, located behind the living area offers mountain views.

Next to the living area guests will find the primary suite. This primary suite features a King sized bed, mounted Smart TV, large closet, and an en suite bathroom. The window offers scenic views to enjoy from the comfort of bed. The primary bathroom features quartz countertops and a shower/tub combination with beautiful gray tiling. The bathroom also had a second entrance from the common area.

Guests of Clearwater lofts can park one car in the underground heated garage. Perfect for protecting your car from the Colorado Elements. A second parking spot is available in front of the building on a first come first serve basis.

Please note: To reserve this property, the reservation holder must be at least 24 years old at the time of booking.

The place was great, cozy, hot tub was amazing. Everything looked upscale. The shuttle service makes all the difference. Stops right in front of the building 3 minutes and you are at the base of the mountain, no parking no hustle.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Loved this place for the location, hot tub, heated underground parking, and kitchen. The bathroom was great, it had a fireplace, and it was clean. The only thing we didn’t enjoy was that the mattress had big craters and was super uneven, and the sheets were polyester and super staticky the whole time. We asked if they had any cotton/flannel sheets and they said no. Also noticed that the other bedding (comforter/blanket) hadn’t been washed. We felt that the bed was pretty uncomfortable.

The condo itself was beautiful-spacious, beds were comfortable, and the unit was fairly clean. They were missing some essentials. We had three people staying in the unit for 5 nights and only had 4 towels. When we’ve traveled to other CO ski towns, extra towels were always in the room for using the hot tub. This particular building did not have a luggage cart, either. Even though the building is relatively small, this is a must when traveling with ski gear. They also need more silverware in the unit. Minor inconvenience, you simply have to run the dishwasher after each meal. We had a great time in Keystone and the communication with the owners was top notch. We have stayed in some fantastic condos over the last 5 years, so our expectations are really high! Some additional focus on the overall guest experience would take this from an “okay” stay to an excellent stay.

The condo was decorated beautifully. However, there were no chairs to sit in on the balcony, there was 1 wine glass in the cupboard and the highway noise was almost unbearable. There was traffic noise all night long. Also, the hot tub didn’t work. Like I said, it was a beautiful place but these issues are why we can only say our stay was “okay”.

Addressing those small issues would make this a great place to stay.
