My husband and I met and lived in Breckenridge decades ago. This town has always been a special place for us, and we know it will be for our guests too.

Why Kristi Randall chose Historic District
We purchased this property many years ago but recently decided to renovate it and redesign it as a place where we'd like to spend extended periods of time. Given this goal, the unit doesn't feel like a stale rental, but rather a cozy retreat, and we believe you'll feel right at home in this unit since it is indeed our home away from home. We've also invested in improving the indoor air quality of the unit. We created a unit with great indoor air quality by using carpets and paints with low or no VOCs, by removing all traces of asbestos, and by upgrading the unit's ventilation. We've created a crisp and clean indoor air quality that provides peace of mind and optimal health.
What makes this Condo unique
In addition to the renovation and upgraded amenities, we love being able to do most of what we love in Breckenridge without a car. Whether it is dinner on Main St, skiing, hopping on the gondola with skis or bikes, or even getting groceries, this unit allows our guests to do all those activities via walking if they prefer. Great Location - clean and cozy
This is a location where you can walk to most everything. A 5 minute walk to the gondola. A minute or 2 to Main St. While an older building, the unit has been remodeled and is very nice.
We love the location too! We hope that as soon as you step foot in our unit that the fact it is in an older building melts away. Hope you come back!
Great location, cozy apartment and nice view!!
This property is well taken care, it was clean and provided all that we needed for our visit to Breckenridge. It is located just two blocks from the main street and close to the Breck Connect Gondola. It was very convenient to walk to the gondola for our ski adventures and walk to main street to visit downtown and have access to stores and restaurants. The kitchen is well equipped. The owners provided support and promptly responded to any questions. It is a great choice.
The Perfect Getaway
My wife and I spent a long ski weekend at Kristi and Randall’s and could not have enjoyed ourselves more. The house was in a perfect location steps from Main Street and the gondola. We didn’t have to move our car after we arrived. Inside was immaculate, very cozy and warm. We’ll definitely be coming back, hopefully sooner than later.
I love waking up, walking to Cuppa Joe's for a breakfast burrito, then walking to the gondola and just riding it to the top! Come back soon!
The View!!
The location is very close to several restaurants, shopping, and the gondola. It is a clean and comfortable condo and the view from the window is awesome!!
We could not have put the mountain in a better sot than right out of our window! It is a great place to sit for morning coffee. Thanks for coming!
Great place, friendly people
Great place. Close to everything Breck has to offer. Perfect for a couple or small group if you're looking for something less expensive than the ski in ski out places

A Real Gem!
This condo was everything we could have wanted, and more! The furnishings were comfortable and the kitchen contained all of the necessities. The bathroom was beautifully updated and there were plenty of soft towels. Extra blankets were available as well as a table fan and humidifier. The owners thought of everything! On top of that, the location can't be beat, just two blocks from Main Street. We didn't have a car and were able to walk everywhere or take a free shuttle bus. We had a wonderful time and highly recommend this condo!
