Large and beautifully updated and appointed, grand three-level Mountain Home with two master suites and five sleeping areas and three large bathrooms. Perfect for one or two families with a maximum of 6 adults and 3 children. The home has two master suites for adults (1 king suite and 1 queen suite).The other sleeping areas consist of 1 large loft with a full bathroom and two adjoining but separate sleeping areas with twin trundle beds and twin futon beds. The third sleeping area on the lower level has a twin sleeping area with two trundle beds and an adjoining king suite with an oversized bathroom and a private deck. Enjoy the two story wrap-around decks for relaxing in the scenic outdoors. This large and comfortable airy home features vaulted ceilings, large picture windows spanning two floors, cozy sitting areas, dining area able to accommodate two families, a beautiful cook's kitchen to entertain with family, and more. Play board games, read in a comfy corner or bring work (if you must!) as the house has Free WiFi, Streaming TV, Smart Heating/AC, 4-burner Stainless Steel propane gas grill, 2 Flat-Screen TVs, and plentiful deck furniture so you can completely relax at this charming mountain home in the Pine Mountain Lake Resort. We have a large automatic back up generator to prevent any interruption in power during your stay.
During, Major Holiday Weekends, we have a three day minimum stay for bookings.

Located less than 30 minutes from the Big Oak Flat entrance to Yosemite National Park, this gated resort community features a charming beach and lake (can rent boats, kayaks and more), Championship Golf Course with striking mountain views, a Community Pool, Tennis Courts, restaurants, a fully-equipped Equestrian Center, a private airport, and more. Close to quaint shops, local restaurants, and grocery stores in historic Groveland.

The host requires you complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks, and take out the trash
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Empty trash from bathrooms and kitchen into Moore Bros clear trash bag/bags. Renter must drop off at PML Prepaid Trash Dumpster at 12742 Par Court Groveland, CA. Contact owner with any questions.
Clean and remove food & trash in the home. (See above); including: kitchen, indoor and outdoor tables, bathrooms, laundry, refrigerator, compactor, stove, ovens, coffee maker and outdoor barbecue.
Lock all doors and close all windows and binds. Turn off, on all floors, a/c, heaters fans, at thermostats. Turn off all appliances inside and out. Cover all outdoor furniture and barbecue.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Renter and guests are responsible for obeying all house, community and local rules including: accidental or intentional damage or theft to property.
All food and garbage must be taken to dumpster offsite upon checkout. No smoking, guns, hunting equipment, fireworks or fires permitted on property.
Guests must sign, add address, return rental agreement within 48 hours of booking. No pets and only number of guests on reservation can occupy home.

This property was excellnt! lovely decks and fully furnished kitchen. I loved the little guides attached to the various places in the house. Hosts were extremely nice and responsive. I will definitely come back to this place again!

Our stay at the beautiful house of Erik was amazing! The house is fully equipped for a long stay, with a full-size, fully equipped kitchen, laundry machines, barbecue, and amenities. The house is located at Grovelans, a quiet village on Pine Mountain Lake, very close to Yosemite, with a lot to do- Hiking, swimming, fishing, golf, and just resting.Erik was so helpful- from the minute we booked the house, he started taking care of us, and was helpful in a special and intelligent way all the way to the checking out.We hope to come againThanks, Erik!

Nice stay near Yosemite

This was a great stay- a nice spacious house for 8 of us (3 kids, 5 adults)! It was about 45min to get to Yosemite. We really appreciated the AC as we were there during a heat dome and this was awesome! The house is well-stocked and the owners are nice and great at clear instructions and places to go near Groveland!

Yosemite fun for Mothers Day!

Owners are very communicative and accommodating. We had a couple issues on our end that they were very accommodating with. The house was clean and very roomy with games and movies for the kids. Overall a great experience and we will be back for sure!

Wonferful Groveland/Yosemite Trip

Spent a lovely weekend at this spacious, very clean, home. We appreciate that the kitchen had everything we needed. The air conditioning worked amazingly! Beds were comfortable. The owners were super accommodating, responsive, friendly and made sure we felt welcome. Pine Mountain Lake is the perfect retreat from daily life, and the drive to Yosemite was enjoyable! We will definitely stay here again!!

Cozy for the whole Familia

This cabin had everything we needed for a cozy stay. We slept all 9 of us comfortably. Cool AC, big fridge, nice washer and dryer! We played the games and watched the dvds provided by the host. We would all stay there again. A great place to make memories with your family. Clean sheets too! We loved it.

Suitable place for a family

Stay was in a great location. The amenities of the community were really appreciated. The home isn’t the most modern but it is nice and had suited our family well. Communication with property manager was beyond excellent! Very responsive while we were there, very very accommodating. The other beach that isn’t the main one had very few people while we were there and greatly preferred to the main beach. You may want to bring your own beach equipment or purchase some from the main beach store - which was priced better than I expected. Overall we enjoyed our relaxing stay.

Nice winter getaway

We enjoyed our stay with our family of 6 over December. Main level was spacious enough for all of us to eat and relax. Kids liked the games there and we watched some dvd's. Appreciated the lower level bedrooms so grandparents could have some quiet. Windows looked out over pine trees. Kitchen was well stocked with lots of cooking equipment and new pots. Owner was easy to communicate with and gave us good directions on check-in and nearby restaurants. Only con was we wished there were more washcloths. Other than that, highly recommend!

Spacious beautiful cabin

We were a party of 8 with kids and needed a comfortable cabin with a good kitchen. This is a spacious, clean house. Kitchen is well equipped with pots and pans and cutlery. They have a deck and outdoor equipment but we did not use any of that. We will definitely consider this for future stays. Owners were responsive to questions and helpful. We got helpful ignormation for local attractions including insider tips for PML amenities.

Amazing! We wanted an all inclusive vacation home w spacious living for our family of 5, which wouldn’t be too far from the Yosemite National Park entry. This location is only an hour away and provided everything we needed and surprised us w so much more! Our hostess was always available and replied immediately when we had questions. Hostess provided a guest book that became essential to plan an amazing itinerary in Yosemite and how to get around the park. We used it daily. The town has a grocery store and Two Guys pizza parlor 10/10, which is a 2-3 mile drive from the rental and you’ll love the drive! I was so impressed w this 3 level beauty. Thank you for the cleanliness maintained and most importantly, we didn’t expect it to be a true, fully stocked kitchen; everything you can imagine to cook, serve and clean inside the home for your stay; just arrive and relax! I also LOVED the bar cabinets w cool bar glassware for adult time. Each level in the home was cozy (you controlled the AC/heater), had a full bathroom, plenty of towels, cozy blankets and the beds were ok but may need to be upgraded soon. We had excellent privacy and an overall, breathtaking experience at The Mountain House. It is definitely an upper echelon experience you can be sure to feel comfortable and satisfied with all it offers in a forest Paradise when you visit Pine Mountain Lake Groveland/Yosemite.
