Two bedroom Park model located in Calusa Campground with dedicated WIFI for this unit and WIFI hotspots throughout the park. The unit has a roku tv in the living room and master bedroom. This is a family-friendly gated community with 24-hour security with private boat ramp, updated playground, tennis/pickleball courts, basketball court, and a large heated pool with beautiful views of the bay. Laundry rooms are available close to this unit. Enjoy the most beautiful sunsets in the Florida Keys. This lot is located Less than 2 miles from John Pennekamp State Park, where there are boat/kayak rentals, snorkeling/scuba trips, and glass bottom boat tours. It is located within 1 mile of a grocery store and close to the library, pharmacy, and restaurants. Please send an email for additional information

We have 3-night minimum requirement for all holidays and lobster mini season. 48 hours required between bookings, please. 1 Vehicle/1 Vessel per reservation. Vessels have size limitation of 22' max and must fit on this property. Please verify your vessel will fit at unit prior to booking. An Additional vehicle may be subject to park fees. Should’ve been better

Poor communicating with the property mgr. After buying $300 in groceries the stove didn’t work. The master room is extremely hot also. Overall not terrible either
