Beautiful relaxing and so comfortable

Wonderful stay in Waterford

My family and I really enjoyed our stay in this beautiful cottage. The cottage was cozy, comfortable and clean. It’s such a peaceful place. The cottage is set up for a very relaxing experience. I would definitely stay here again!

Cute cottage !

Perfect for our annual family stay! We only needed the property for sleeping accommodations and it did just that. Super cute and clean. Close to town and the water.

Great getaway for our family!

We stayed at Cat’s house for about half a week and it was just as we expected! The small front room was perfect for my toddler to sleep. The house had everything we needed, was in a great location and Cat was super easy to communicate with. We loved our stay and will be back if we are heading to CT again!

Wonderful family vacation

We had 6 of us in our party and loved it. The house is very well shocked. We only needed to buy groceries. The location is great. We really enjoyed our time there.

Winter Stay at The Cottage on Wood

The cottage was great and just what we expected. There was plenty of room for our family to spread out and be together. Kitchen was well stocked. They had a great selection of things to do in the house. The location was amazing.

Wonderful and Relaxing

The cottage was fantastic, great location and plenty of room for our family. The back outside patio was delightful to enjoy coffee in the morning and drinks in the afternoon ! A short walk down the road brings you to the water. Nice for a swim or to splash around. Watching the boats was great.

Everything was great! The only challenge was it was the kitchen so well stocked it was hard to fit the stuff we brought. It was great to be able to walk to the end of the road and launch our SUP and the Kayak that was there to see a beautiful sunset on the river.

Wood Street

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The accommodations were clean and spacious. The neighborhood was friendly and quite. The owner was thoughtful and pleasant to deal with. We will add this to the list of preferred vacation rentals in the Groton/newlondo/Waterford arae.

Perfect location near the water in Waterford. Close proximity to Main Street in Niantic and the amenities of New London and Mystic. Very responsive host. Easy check in. Clean home. Would love to return for more time!

family vaca by the bay with our little dog

Cozy, cool, well equipped, comfortable king bed in master, larger home than expected, long yard, beautiful community dock and views. We all enjoyed our stay even Belle our little Boston Terrier. Merci! ( Bouchard family from Montreal)

Wonderful cottage

We stayed here over Easter while visiting our son at the Coast Guard Academy. After staying in New London multiple time, it was really nice to explore Niantic. The house was so cozy and very well stocked. We enjoyed sitting by the firepit. The beach at the end of the road was a quick walk, and my kids loved using the scooter and bikes that were available. Host was receptive and accommodating. Would definitely stay here again!

Post wedding vacation

Wonderful location for a post wedding vacation with extended family. The cottage was clean, welcoming and in a fabulous location close to great restaurants, shops and the Niantic Boardwalk. The host was easy to communicate with and very kind. It provided all of us with a nice location to relax, both inside and outside, after a very busy weekend. We all would highly recommend this location and would rent here again in the future.

Peaceful and Relaxing vacation.

What a beautiful week! Cate’s cottage had everything we needed! The cottage was very clean, bright and cheery Enjoyed 5 beautiful beach days. We walked around Niantic and enjoyed some nearby restaurants an enjoyed delicious ice cream from Cowlicks ice cream store. Thank you! We really enjoyed our time here!
