Built in the 1860s - this 4Br Cottage is loaded with 'Old World Charm'! Situated on the banks of the Niantic River, you can sit back, relax, and watch the boats go by OR you can also swim, kayak, or fish right from the backyard!

We are a 15 minute drive to Ocean Beach Park, Harkness Park, the Niantic Boardwalk, or Rocky Neck State Park! Also a short 15 minute drive to the USCGA & Mitchell College.
Our prices include all fees. No hidden fees.

This summer cottage is near and dear to us. We four sisters are fourth generation owners! The property was originally purchased in 1910 by our father's great-aunts. The picture is at The Dock in Niantic, one of our favorite places to enjoy seafood.
