Newly renovated and perfectly positioned at the northern canal tip of Little Gasparilla Island, Palm Pointe invites you to cruise the bay, fish the Gulf, and enjoy endless tropical breezes. This boat-only-access island retreat offers the true Old Florida experience with no paved roads, no traffic, and pure tranquility.
Tie your boat right outside your door - up to 24 ft boats are welcome! Inside, you'll find stunning water views from nearly every room, vaulted ceilings, open living spaces, and dual kitchens that make entertaining easy. Separate entrances for the first and second stories provide flexibility for families or friends traveling together. Accomodations for 6 guests comes standard and up to 8 guests for additional fee.
Amenities include air conditioning, propane BBQ grill, washer and dryer, linens, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, coffeemaker Keurig and auto drip, blender, and full set of dishes and utensils

Please note Palm Pointe does not provide cable TV or WiFi so be sure to bring your personal hotspot if desired

Fishing enthusiasts will love Placida Harbor for Snook, Trout, Redfish, and Snapper or the world famous Boca Grande Pass for Tarpon. Whether you are strolling the shore, watching dolphins, or simply relaxing under swaying palms, Little Gasparilla Island offers the perfect escape from everyday life.
Pets are welcome with owner approval; a $150 non-refundable pet fee per pet applies (breed and size restrictions may apply). A $500 refundable security deposit is required. Applicable charges include 12% tax, cleaning, and reservation fees, along with a 3% credit card processing fee (waived for check payments). Boaters Paradise at Palm Point was a great location for easily docking the boat and unloading for our stay! The main house was beautiful and comfortable. The agent/owner were responsive and easy to work with. The location and the views - especially at sunrise were amazing! We even watched dolphins playing from the porch! The beach was a short walk away and the dock was very convenient for fishing trips. My family and I had an enjoyable time for a nice fall weekend!

Location was beautiful!

Primo property, looking out over Gasparilla Sound! Short boat ride to gorgeous sandbars and the southern tip of Lil Gasparilla Island where we had the beach to ourselves! This was our 6th visit on LGI & we never want to come home. We’ve been with family, our friends & just the two of us. We’ve stayed in a different rental each time & we’ve never had a bad experience. I could see myself living on LGI, very easily. The weather has always cooperated too! This past week, we had sunny days on the water, sandbars & beach… and witnessed beautiful & awesome storms in the evenings…. Aaaahhhh We find sharks teeth, beautiful sea shells, pelicans, manatees, dolphin & more. The island is quiet, peaceful, serene… Definitely the perfect place to unwind, relax & revitalize.
